i love doing doing this goose rug but to me i think it is to plain on one side of the rug it could do with some thing else on the rug like a farm or a tree and grass

This was super relaxing to make. Chilled me out after work. I made it for my gf for valentines but she knew it was for her pet rabbit really. Luckily I got her some chocolates too so I think I got away with it. No real craft skills are required, just a bit of patience. Follow the paper pattern cos the printing won’t cut it but that’s ok. Materials aren’t amazing quality but definitely good enough.

Great kit - one confusion was that several of the instruction photos were rotated by 90deg so looked as though it needed to be done on vertical rather than horizontal

This is very therapeutic and makes time fly by. You don’t realise how much time has flown and suddenly two hours have past.I really enjoyed making this latch hook rug and have ordered another one for a niece/nephew on the way and made this one for my partners niece as a surprise.The only thing I would suggest would be to read the leaflet (instructions)! It is very handy and I had to start crossing lines out when getting to the parts with multiple colours as it was confusing and the canvas and leaflet/instructions were contradictory at points so I learned to go by the instructions than the canvas.Some of the wool was thick, thin, short, long but I can’t complain as I have a lot left over!The only thing I would complain about is that one side the canvas had a little bit of extra edge so it looked off when I held it up however I just used the wool to fill in the gap and it looks fine.I gave it a 5/5 because I think it deserves it. Some people might be bothered by what I’ve mentioned but the end result, as you can see, is wonderful. Thanks for a journey, can’t wait to start my other one!

Lovely latch hook kit, nice quality and easy for beginners.

Printed pattern not very level with the holes and the edging is poorly attached, not level with the edges and not finished off well. For the cost your better buying the canvas and wool and making your own pattern. First one I’ve ever used with a backing attached and it’ll be my last. Sadly very disappointed.

Very disappointed with item I have did ones before I found this one hard to do wool kept splitting and with the backing on it harder sad to dpsay it’s in the bin as I wouldn’t give it as present
