These underwear are the best thing since cordless drills and proxy brushes.
If you buy and wear this underwear, make sure you pay extra for the horizontal fly. If you are into comfort, you will ditch any other underwear you may own. Everyday wear, gym, tennis, hiking and lounging is so damn comfortable. It is not cheap but extremely comfortable and long lasting without losing any fit for life. I don't purchase the cotton.

The sizing is accurate. They feel great; as if to aren’t wearing any underwear. I highly recommend these if you want a great fit. Also after one washing they come out just like new.

Very good fit
I have ordered Tommy John trunk underwear for a few years. Although they are pricey, I find the fit is comfortable and consistent. Life is too short to wear bad-fitting underwear ;))!!

Best Underwear ever
Bought this underwear for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves it, and it is his favorite pair he has ever had. They're good for lounging or doing intense activities such as sports. These underwear are so nice; in fact, sometimes I like to wear them myself, and I dislike underwear.
