Looks chic/cool and is a practical bag, buuuttt supplier has a serious problem with the zipper head.
Updated Review Submitted on Nov. 3, 2019: Well I guess I spoke to soon. As I was preparing to get ready/pack for my trip, about the fifth time opening the bag, the zipper head did the same thing this first bag I ordered, and returned did. The zipper head does not have enough/proper tension. Therefore it is not pulling the teeth/track together properly. Resulting in the track coming undone right after being zipped. Unless this company can prove they have fixed the problem, I will not be giving this company a third opportunity. There seem to be hope that the company will try to fix the problem, because this is the response I received when I informed the supplier/Inxxmix that the problem occurred again, "The zipper head is loose. You can try to tighten the zipper head. and pulled gently. If you cannot successful, we refund for you. Thank you for your feedback, we have to report to factory, and make adjustments to fix zipper head. Very sturdy, well made, definitely will recommend for carry on luggage
This rolling backpack came in just in time for my trip to London for a week. I read a review that it topples over but I never experienced that problem with it at all although I packed it really well with a week’s worth of clothing and travel hygiene bag. I like the straps on the side where I can attached my neck pillow one side and comfy blanket for the plane. It was easy to pull and rolls nicely through the airport. Wheels and handles were very sturdy. The backpack traps can be easily stowed away for efficient pulling as a carry on luggage. This definitely meets all standard carryon luggage requirements and I was able to fit a week’s worth of clothing and shoes with my hygiene bag for my trip to London in August. This backpack also have a stand underneath to stand up by itself without the bottom rubbing on the ground was another perk. You can use it for both four wheel and two wheel pull. Absolutely love it for travel

Versatile, Durable & Easy to use bag!
This sturdier version is well worth the additional cost. It survived a downpour and the contents remained dry. Stays upright with additional small bags on the handle. Lots of space and pockets. It was everything we hoped for.

Extremely Poor Quality
Horrible quality! The zipper separated before I even had a chance to remove the tags! It wasn't that it was overstuffed and bursting at the seams, I barely had anything in it. I read this happened to another buyer, but I took my chances buying it because I really wanted it to work for me. (It's hard to find a 4-wheel spinner backpack). But lesson learned! Oh, I almost forgot. It had a hole in the cheap plastic lining of the front pocket. Save yourself a headache and find something better.

Good backpack, but didn’t last
I bought this backpack for my son on November 12, 2020. With the holidays, COVID quarantine and crazy Texas winter storm, he’s only been in school for three weeks, meaning the backpack only lasted for three weeks. The bag itself appears to be in good condition, but one wheel is already missing. Very disappointing for an expensive backpack.

Zipper problem
The main pocket zipper is an issue. About a year ago teeth broke so couldn't use one of the two zippers now the second zipper broke.
