Overall a nice TV but with some disappointment
I liked the option to have Freeview or Freesat which is why I bought it. I've since found out LG as don't to support Freeview Play which I wanted. BBC iplayer and ITV Hub are built in so it's not all bad. I wish I'd done some more research beforehand. Also the TV guide freezes from time to time and I've had to retune a few times to get regional programmes back which shouldn't be an issue once your location is saved so I'm a little disappointed. Overall a nice TV, good picture and sound. Don't like the remote control much.

LG 49' smart tv 4k
First tv arrived with broken screen, but the replacement was fine. Great picture, easy to set up and a lots of options. Thanks. BTW anyone know how to connect a pair of pc speakers to this tv ? (JBL with 3.5mm input jack)

Update, just incredible customer service.
Update, I brought my TV from these guys and the TV and customer service was incredible, sadly after about a week the sound stopped and obviously disappointing knowing that I'm going to have to return it, I contacted the seller who was extremely helpful and polite and said put it back in the packaging this was on a Friday and they said that they would pick it up on the Monday, and Monday morning around 9 am they did and the next day the Tuesday i had a full refund no questions asked, they didn't have any more in stock hence the refund, I'm writing this as I've noticed some negative reviews so i think it's only kind to tell my experience, I would definitely buy again from these guys and would highly recommend them.

High Quality Product
This TV has met all expectations. It is easy to set up, and the picture and sound are excellent. The one surprise I had, but not sufficient to reduce the 5 star rating, is that the BT Sports Ap is not available with LG TV's. I think that this is controlled more by BT than LG, but it is worth knowing, particularly as Samsung TV's do support the Ap. I am now watching BT Sports on this TV via Apple TV, so not the end of the world.

Sounds not as good as my Samsung
So I purchased this LG because I wanted a black surround and had heard brilliant reviews, so purchased this to replace my Samsung. I must say that the sound from the internal speakers is no where near as good, even with the ultra surround sound on. Cinematic Sound Quality really? To get this you will need to connect to an external pair of speakers. The shape of the TV backing made it easy to install Ambient Lighting. TV has a built in graphic equaliser which really didn’t make much difference to sound quality. Personally I feel let down on the sound quality, but the price I paid was a big saving and I intend to connect to an external sound device via Bluetooth so will be keeping it. The TV actually sounds like it’s in Mono rather than Stereo.

FAULTY TV - DON’T GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
Please don’t waste your money with this tv!!! The HDMI is broken, shows green lines going across the screen. The stand is also very flimsy and doesn’t fit most tv stands. The system is very slow, Netflix freezes when loading and the TV guide freezes when clicking on channels. Created a return and was told it would be picked up via courier however they never turned up!!! So I had to take the tv to my local Hermes returns station in the Spar. Absolutely ridiculous complete scam
