Seamless Functionality
If you love the Roon music software, this is a must have! I love being able to transition using the software from my phone to my iPad to my laptop seamlessly using the Nucleus as the core to my system. The hook up is extremely easy, I added a 2 TB card internally and connected directly to my matrix element X DAC, which is connected to the AV 8805 preamp via balanced cables. Sonically, I haven’t noticed any difference from using Roon from my MacBook Pro. But functionally it has been great, fast, responsive and I don’t have to have my Mac available to use Roon for music playback!
