They look and operate just like the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells: adjust the dials on the ends for the desired weight, starting at 5 lbs all the way up to 52.5 lbs each. Nothing about them feels cheap; the selectors operate smoothly and don't get hung up at any point. The pair ships as two separate/individual units, so they may arrive on different days (mine were scheduled to arrive one day apart, not a big deal at all). ### ⭐ GARBAGE *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2021* ABSOLUTE PIECE OF GARBAGE. I bought an adjustable dumbbell that took 2 months to get delivered. Works like a charm with absolutely no issues. This piece if crap constantly would get stuck between weight plates and the knob never turned properly but I figured I would put up with it because of the hassle of trying to get another one. While working out this morning, I went to switch the weight and I tried to quickly take it off the holder to not interrupt my rhythm and the whole thing came up, and then came crashing sown on my garage floor and shattered into a bunch of pieces. I guess you get what you pay for. Garbage. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not sold in pairs, only one dumbell for this price. *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2020* This adjustable dumbbell is pretty nice, but my biggest surprise was when I received my package there was only one. They are not sold as pairs, which was very shocking to me. I have never used one before but since the gym's are all closed I thought this would be a good purchase to keep working out with. It is not as good as free weights but the price is worth the space savings. It is a little finicky, there is only one way to put it in the holder, so after using it you have to play with it to get it to seat correctly, and god forbid your kids mess with it while your at work, then it can take about 10-15 min to get it seated and adjusted correctly again. Overall I am happy with the purchase and I will probably buy another one so I have two to use. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/201281882-deloboll-adjustable-dumbbell-50-lbs-fitness-dial-dumbbell-series-strength](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/201281882-deloboll-adjustable-dumbbell-50-lbs-fitness-dial-dumbbell-series-strength) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
