Good Sanitizer, Cumbersome Bottle
The hand sanitizer is great - it doesn't dry out my skin and I use it all day long. Plus, unlike the gel sanitizers, it doesn't make my hands feel weirdly sticky after a couple uses. It's just good sanitizer spray. The reason I am knocking it down to 4 stars is because the container is quite difficult to use. I have to use a funnel to pour it into a smaller bottle, and even then I make a mess. There's no way for me to use this container to refill any of my daily use / carry-around / fits-in-a-purse spray sanitizer bottles. I have to pour it into something else and I waste at least 10% trying to get it out of the big jug.

Poor customer service
Sanitizer was shipped poorly: the cap was not taped down and the product leaked out. The shipping box was wet when it arrived and the box top came partially apart due to the liquid having leaked out of the bottle. I reported the issue to Green Oak by way of the Amazon system and never received a response. I even sent them pictures of the damage. Nice product, but the service is terrible.
