UPDATED* Looks great but doesn't last
UPDATE: reached out to CS and they sent a replacement nozzle. The new one looks and works great. Hopefully the other one was just a dud. We've had this faucet installed for less than two years and the finish on the plastic part is flaking off at the top of the nozzle. The sprayer also get stuck between stream and spray so we have to turn the water on and off to get it to go back again. Overall it's really pretty, but not the quality I would expect from such an expensive faucet. Super disappointed.

Non-existent Customer Service
Zero stars is not an option. I purchased this because I wanted top quality, and have been disappointed in the past with Moen and Delta. I checked out many brands of this type faucet at the 2 big box stores, and wasn't impressed with the build quality of any, including Kohler. So I pay top dollar for this, and the stream sputters and splashes all over the place. Yes, I bought a tool to remove the aerator, and meticulously cleaned it inside & out after installation. It's not my first faucet, and I'm aware debris can get trapped in the aerator after install. It still is no better. Customer service does not exist. I submitted pics, videos, description of problem, everything online. I get an email response days later, asking for the same info I'd already submitted, so I gave it. No answer. Sent a follow up. No answer. Two more follow up emails from me, and I haven't heard anything in a month, since the first generic email asking for info. I have a $500 faucet that works worse than a $19 one. Seriously, they can't even send me an aerator that probably costs them $0.10, to TRY to fix it? Other than that, it seems well made. Except: I'm not very pleased with the flexibility and length of the hose. It's not long enough to spray debris on the left side of the sink (std. 33") toward the drain- surprising for a "pro-quality" faucet. My next faucet purchase will be made based on reviews of customer service. And it won't be Hansgrohe.

Hansgrohe does it again!
I've purchased several Hansgrohe kitchen and bath fixtures over the years. They've always been more expensive than similar Kohler and other more common brand products. However, all of my Hansgrohe fixtures have worked flawlessly for many years. They are less prone to clogging up due to hard water and they are always better made. With this particular kitchen faucet, I got the 19" tall chrome finish one that looks like the commercial kitchen faucets. The quality of the product is top notch. It is all metal construction with no chrome plastic bits as is common on many other faucets. It has a very nice, old school metal heft to it. The operation of the unit is very smooth. The on-off lever is easy to very precisely set the flow and the flexible faucet head is very easy to use and I can easily spray all 4 corners of my large sink without issue. Unlike other kitchen faucets, this one did not come w/ the soap dispenser. You have to buy it separately for another $32. Well, this was the nicest soap dispenser I've ever had. Again, the pump part is all metal construction. It is heavy and you feel the quality of the mechanism. Is it overkill for a soap dispenser? Of course. Does it make me feel like this is the last dispenser I'll ever have to buy? Yes. With respect to complaints of water flow, I had no issues whatsoever. The water flow is just perfect. I didn't have to remove or drill out any restrictors. I get a strong enough flow of water at the max setting to clean whatever I need. Frankly, any stronger would be ridiculous as it would cause water to shoot out of my sink. But, YMMV depending on how much water pressure your house provides. While the faucet and dispenser combo cost about $80 more than other brand's products, in my eyes, it is well worth the extra cost for kitchen fixtures that I will be using dozens of times every single day for years and years. Any downsides of the product are not specific to Hansgrohe but just inherent to the design of this type of faucet. I do wish the arm that holds the faucet head could be extended out more to better position it in my relatively large sink for easier reach. Some may also think the price is high and the value proposition is not good. However, I disagree. It is more expensive... but more like 25% to 33% more expensive, which is not much compared to the much better overall quality you get. One last thing about kitchen faucets... I'm replacing one that's touch activated. If you're thinking about getting a touch activated faucet, I'd highly discourage you from doing so. It just adds an extra step to turning on and off the faucet and you have to change the batteries at least 2-3x/year and you will inadvertently brush against the fixture turning it on and off. It is a ridiculous solution looking for a problem IMO. Go with straight old-school, non-powered on-off lever faucets.

Beautiful, quality faucet!
Love the look and feel of this faucet! Much better than the old Delta we replaced. Does not look out of place in our kitchen despite the commercial design. It is professional looking, sleek but not industrial. Great water flow (see video). According to our plumber it was easy to install. This was about $100.00 more than some of the others I looked at but you get what you pay for. This will last for years to come! Hansgrohe knows what they are doing!!! Love!!! Update: Still in love with this faucet, but… The metal on the hand piece has broken/peeled away from where the magnet grabs the hand piece. I am unsure if it is related to the strength of the magnet or the fact that it is a plastic hand piece wrapped in metal. I will be contacting customer service, hopefully I can get a replacement part as it should be under warranty. More to come!

Strangled water flow to almost zero
I just bought this. Had a professional plumber install it. It’s beautiful. But water flow is so restricted I can’t even rinse dishes. I have cleaned the filter there’s nothing in it. When I take off the nozzle the water flow is perfect so it’s not an inflow. It’s a disaster. Now when I need to rent dishes or rinse out the sink I have to take off the nozzle. I’m hoping product support can help either give me a nozzle that doesn’t restrict or some options so I don’t have to hire a plumber to put another one in.

Works for a while…
I bought this faucet in August of 2021. By March of 2024, some of the chrome on the head of the faucet was peeling and the head connection to the faucet hose is leaking. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact the company to discuss replacement options.
