Too short in length. Not applicable for all exercise.
Not that stretchable and of very short length. Wont recommend anyone to buy if they are looking for a good stretch band. The max. you can do is biceps and leg extentions with this nicely. Thats all.

Durability is really bad.
Hey bought this and used it for 2 week, 45 stretches a day, before it broke. So why spend money. So if I calculate, if I need 2 of these a month, I can afford a cheap gym. So, like I mentioned earlier, durability is really bad.
