Not bad for the price.
First and foremost, this knife is more like a sodbuster, verses the picture shown when you actually click to buy the knife.....this knife is made in either China or Pakistan......I ordered more out of curiosity than need.....this knife appears to be hand made, but not with the quality of say a Case or Great Eastern Cutlery....this is a very basic knife.....so for the price...its not too bad....this is a light duty knife....with solid wooden handles...blade steel is not stamped on the knife (box reads SS)....I will assume that each knife will have its own characteristics.....it was pretty sharp right out of the box....I think what I like most about it is its vintage and rustic look......knife has a little weight to it.....slip joint...no half stop....little gritty opening and closing.....I would recommend this knife to someone on a budget or similiar to myself, curious....again...for the price I didn't expect Case or GEC quality.....but I like mine as it is.....the blade was centered believe it or not....blade length is approximately 3.5", and the cutting edge is 3". Hope this helps.

Has Issues but Low Priced
These can have some QC issues with the handle having gaps between the wood and the liner, and off-center blades that hit the liner when opening/closing.There is also no halfway stop when the blade is closing- a safety feature seen on some other knives without locks. So be extra careful. On a positive note, they seem to arrive well sharpened, and the handle is nice and thick and feels good in the hand.

One of the worst things I ever bought through Amazon.
If it's true that you get what you pay for, then this knife is still a rip off. The liner appears to have been broken before the knife was even assembled, and someone said, "Meh, we'll just use it anyway." I purchased another Baladeo knife which was a nice value. This one, it's like they didn't even try.

Beautiful but unsafe.
This knife was my favorite "every day carry" for about a year. Unfortunately the blade does not lock open and eventually I learned the downside to this "simple" knife. Is it beautiful? Absolutely. But after a very serious wound to my finger when the very sharp blade folded into my hand, I finally (sadly) threw away the knife.
