First thing is the setup when you first open it up to use. The settings are for a person that is used to workout masks. So I took out the restrictions and just added one filter for each side. So this was more of my speed. When I was in the service we had to do runs with gas masks and that way when we had to do runs without the gas masks we increased our speeds and had better scores. This has done the same being out of the service. To get the most if you want your body to use oxygen more efficiently you would need to wear this masks several hours a day. However, when you get used to the mask and then do the same exercise without it, you should see an increase in performance. I know I do.

Item listed shows no branding (text on mask). Requested a replacement that matched item listing. Received the exact same item (with text on mask). Since it originates from china, maybe I should get my English translated to mandarin or Cantonese so my request will be understood and I MIGHT actually receive what I ordered.Beyond that problem, the mask, in and of itself, appears to be just fine.1 star due to getting something different than displayed, twice.

I put it on and seems have problems breathing so I stop using them.

I would recommend this mask for working out! Levels work great and the fit is comfortable.

So far I'm enjoying the quality of the product when comparing prices. I'll update as I use it more.

Works great exactly as described. Make sure to place yourself by removing one or all of the valves first.

Got it for my boyfriend for when he works out. He loved it and the different functions! It was great that it offered different levels to progress training.
