Best android tablet I've owned. I've owned a lot
So let's just say I've gone through a number of android tablets over the years. Prior to getting this Samsung tablet, the Pixel C and the Huawei Mediapad M5 were the best of the bunch. Those are old. This is new and this is now the best I've ever owned. Considering how old the pixel c is, I'm going to have to say it still is a very good functioning tablet. Yes, it's still around after... I think it's 5 years. But this is about the Samsung galaxy tab s6. The 10 inch screen is rimmed by a pretty thin bezel... Maybe 5/16 inches in thickness all the way around. It has 2 buttons and 4 speaker grills. It charges via USB c and it does not have a headphone jack. The 2 buttons are the power and volume buttons. What I found cool is that it has an on screen fingerprint reader (not super accurate... It doesn't always work) and it can be setup for face recognition. It has a standard front facing camera and a rear camera. I don't use this for pictures and videos so I don't really care about the specs on that hardware. Suffice it to say that the video calls are clear enough. I'm not going to get into the specs. When you buy a tablet of this level, it has high end specs. Those are good to glance at to make sure you have something good but in the end, I just need it to perform. There is no doubt this tablet has power under the hood. I haven't even felt any lag with it yet. I've played some games with a connected Bluetooth controller and that's been very smooth. Video playback is great. I also find that the wifi connection seems much better than my older tablets. Areas in the house where I would have spotty connection isn't a problem with this s6 tablet. The screen is sharp. It gets plenty bright and I really enjoy my time on it. Right now, it's a lot of YouTube. If this was a different time I'd be watching a lot of movies on it while flying somewhere. I thought this was going to have a ton of samsung bloatware but it didn't. That was a nice surprise. It does have some handy features for those households with other samsung devices. Smart view has been super handy to cast the tablets screen to my TV. I think the battery has possibly been the most disappointing aspect of the tablet. And that doesn't mean it's bad. I haven't tracked exactly how long I get from a charge but I think it's between 5-6 hours of active use. I think I charge every 3 to 4 days. So by no means is this bad. It's good but I don't think I can say it's great. I was getting those numbers from other older tablets too. I do love that this charges really fast. Using a high powered USB c charger, I can get this big battery charged up within about 3 hrs. I haven't checked exactly how long but I plugged it in around 10am and by about 1, it was full. I'm really happy with this tablet. I'd get it again with only a small hesitation. The price tag is pretty hefty but if I get a few years from this, it'll be worth it. Hey, my pixel c is still being used after about 5 years.

Awesome tablet.
Probably the thinnest tablet out there. Excellent screen and good speed. I bought this in 2024 and it is plenty fast and good even though it came out a while ago. Super build quality and comes with a stylus. Overall, I would rate this as one of the best tablet on the market period.

Excellent Deal
I have tried 3 tablets from Amazon over the last month. I was looking for a SAMSUNG tablet under $250 to carry along with me daily for my thrifting business that was capable if listing the item as I was at the store. My cellphone is a pixel and always dies. I ordered a new Samsung A9. Nice tablet but kept resetting itself. Returned and refund put in my Amazon "bank". The found the elusive S5E. Very thin, sexy, and the model just before this one. It was renewed. Like new condition but got really hot during charging and would drop wifi if held in the landscape mode. It's sitting in a box waiting for UPS. Finally this one popped up. Can't be happier. $10 more than the S5E, but has 256g ram, 8 gigs memory, great display, stylus and it came too. All in flawless condition and in blue! I'm tired of gray and silver... Renewed but with Android 12 which is fine with me. So fast. Runs Call of Duty no issues! So many videos out there, not any with anything bad to say. Six stars to the company that renews these!

Already Love this Tablet!
I anxiously awaited for this to arrive, like, sitting next to the amazon Delivery box anxious, lol. It also came a day early. I could already tell the clear difference from the screen on this, from my S6 Lite, with it being an AMOLED screen. The screen has no scratches on it, just as stated in the ad. Now I just have to get a good screen guard that doesn't attract dust under them when I try to apply it. I am impressed the tablet is lighter and efficient. The Tablet didn't come with a key to get into the SD card slot, but I already had one on me. I am also amazed by the responsiveness of the touchscreen itself. For some reason my s6 lite felt sluggish and non responsive at times. There doesn't seem to be a viable cover for this tablet here on amazon, without Magnets being designed into the flap. The one designed by Fintie with the magnet flap for sealing the S Pen looks great, but would interfere with my sketchbook app, while drawing. I would have to apply pressure to get a good stroke near the lower right of the screen. I don't want to risk damaging the screen. Can they just design a cover with a sleeve for the S Pen, instead of leaving it bare? Can I get a cover in my favorite color, other than the generic choices, like just black? Black and Navy Blue look good together as colors. I don't like the design choice of the S Pen hanging from the back of the tablet. I didn't even use the magnet on the side of the S6 Iite. I didn't have the s pen for it. Even the cover for that model had built in pen holders. I could open it, knowing the pen was secure in the slot in the cover. The Tablet comes with four speakers, two on the top and bottom if you hold it like in portrait mode of a camera. I didn't pay attention to the difference from the Lite model. I mainly got this for my art apps, and just geeked out at how fluid Nomad Sculpt looked, and operated on this. I imported my projects from Gravity Sketch, as OBJ files from the quest 3, and sold it, because of little time to actually enjoy Gravity Sketch. I really enjoy the portability, for when I am away from the laptop. Also, as far as emulation, I just wanted to see how playstation 2 and gamecube games played, and can confirm both Sonic adventure games played normally as if it were an actual gamecube. I haven't tried all games, but the games I had played, had very little slow down, unlike the S6 Lite where the graphics felt limited and slow. All other emulators below the gamecube and PS2, even the PSVita emulator Vita3zk, could play even on the S6 Lite. I am leaving this at a four because I just got the tablet, in case I need to update later on. Despite the lack of security updates, the tablet is definitely better than the S6 Lite.

Great item!
Great speed, easy Bluetooth connectivity. Screen visual quality is very good, touch input is very responsive. Sound is great, nice and loud at full volume. It is lightweight. One of the best tablets I've purchased. I did get a screen protector as well as case for it to keep it safe. It does everything I need it to do!
