Underwhelming Performance and Build Quality
I purchased the Hyundai 52cc Long Reach 5-in-1 Petrol Garden Multi Tool with high expectations, hoping it would streamline my gardening tasks. However, my experience has been less than satisfactory.Firstly, the starting mechanism is unreliable. Despite following the instructions meticulously, the engine often requires multiple attempts to start, which is both time-consuming and frustrating. The soft-pull recoil system, touted as an easy start feature, doesn't consistently deliver on its promise.Once operational, the tool's weight becomes apparent. At 7.75kg, it's quite heavy, and even with the provided shoulder harness, prolonged use leads to significant fatigue. The harness itself is of subpar quality, offering minimal support and comfort. The attachments, while diverse, exhibit varying degrees of effectiveness. The hedge trimmer and chainsaw attachments perform adequately, but the grass trimmer and brushcutter lack precision and often struggle with tougher vegetation. Additionally, the extension pole, intended to provide extended reach, feels unstable and unwieldy, making high-reach tasks challenging.Maintenance is another concern. The tool requires frequent adjustments, and some parts, like the trimmer line, wear out quickly. Moreover, sourcing replacement parts has proven difficult, with limited availability and support. In summary, while the Hyundai 52cc Multi Tool offers versatility on paper, its practical application is hindered by starting issues, excessive weight, inconsistent attachment performance, and maintenance challenges. I would advise potential buyers to consider these factors carefully before making a purchase.

Good product
Very good am happy only problem the chainsaw slow you down because it always comes off after a few attacks on conifer's and have to put back on but I find all chains saws are a nuisance so still giving four stars

Worth the money
Before I purchased one I red many bad reviews but still I decided to give it a try because £220 it’s very cheap for a 52cc multi tool with all these attachments.I must say in my experience it is a fantastic kit and the engine starts with the first pull just pump the fuel couple times when cold started. The strimming line that comes with it is not very durable but that’s not a big problem as you can buy a good one for under £10. Loads amount of power never needed to use it in full throttle so far.

Terrific tool. Superb quality, easy to assemble & use. Gives great finish
Terrific tool. Easy to assemble. Is heavy, so does need the included harness which makes this very easy to use. Strimmer is well balanced though guard is large so taking me a while to get used to best way to use vertically edging paths & borders. Hedge trimmer terrific. Blade could do with being a bit longer but reach with the additional pole is very good. Yet to use pruning saw but looks good. Impressive quality machine, gives good finish to lawn & hedge.

Maybe the heaviest garden multitool on the market!!!
A good, fairly priced piece of equipment suitable for home use with a plethora of annoying design features which indicate a complete lack of thought on the part of the maker. Firstly, and by far the biggest drawback, is the weight of the motor. You need the arm muscles of Thor to use this thing for any length of time. Coupled with a failure to balance the motor weight against the weight of the chosen cutting head, do not have high expectations for precision trimming, especially if using the extension pole. The on/off switch could not have been put in a worse place. When I grip the handle and squeeze the trigger to try and start the motor I find that, more often than not, my left hand will knock the on/off switch to the off position. That makes it difficult to start!!! The Brush Cutter/Strimmer heads are hard work. Generally you use these heads at ground level which means that heavy motor is above the cutting end of the tool and constantly fighting against gravity. As such, it becomes a workout to try and keep the cutting head down at the required working height. Neither the strimmer spool or the cutter blade are well balanced and the vibration at speed leaves you shaking for about 20 minutes after you have stopped using it. The cheap and nasty harness is of little help and the position required to counterbalance the tool then means you are risking burns on your right arm from contact with the exhaust. Not a good design. The hedge trimmer is very amateur and only good for very light work. The chainsaw is the only saving grace. It is a great and powerful little tool that makes short work of surprising thick limbs. I wouldn't like to recommend whether you purchase this or not. Personally I think there are too many issues. Oh, and its very loud.

Difficult to start and very awkward to use some of the attachments
The video shows it starting on first pull but it was obviously warmed up first, as it can take 6-8 pulls or more to get it started. Hedge trimmer is rubbish and the strimmer can be hard to use too but the pole saw was ok. Had a few issues with the fuel system pipes etc and also the petrol cap split, bolts dropped off etc! Don't really like to be honest because it has been poorly assembled and they've also used cheap components on it.

Easy to start
We have the hyundai petrol lawn mower, was so impressed with it ithought I'd give the strimmer ago. Even after reading the negative reports.Well I can only go by what I've used. The machine a six year old could put together. The first time a tried to start it took 6 pulls, need a little bit more primer than described in the instructions. Since then, 2 or three pulls starts every time, syrms very well. I'm glad I didn't take notice of the negative reviews.I would recommend this machine to anyone. Hyundia won't disappoint
