Thought I already wrote a review for this awesome product but I don't see it! lol This stuff has help My whole family! I take it for pcos/ pre-diabetes and nerves. It works like a charm at about 4-8 grams a day. Also my nails grow stronger while taking this supplement. My husband was a non believer until he decided take some secretly and noticed he had more patience than before. I also give it to my niece who clearly has a case of OCD. Its been a big help per my sister as my niece has less episodes about nothing. Its cheap and it works, got two jars in my mail box hubby took my whole jar last time. So make sure to stock up but these guys deliver fast and free, This seems to be my best review but this makes a big difference on my fasting glucose I'm talking 20-40 points lower than not taking it at all!
