I can’t speak to how durable these are as I haven’t worn them yet. But opening the box and trying these on, they feel like quality. I have been wearing Walmart brand Intercepter boots for years and these at the very least seem to be on par comfort wise and look even better. I really like the zipper.

Great traction on snow & ice. I was able to wear these all day the first time out with no discomfort, which surprised me because I normally cant wear steel toe. I wanted 6" and these are 8". They worked out so well, I will be investing in a 6" pair. I used to wear nothing but Texas Steer but you cant get them anymore, at least not where Im at. They are oil & slip resistant, comfortable & shed water without treatment. Definitely Recommend.

These are okay shoes if you work in a carpeted office with minimal trips in or through work areas requiring safety toes. The toe box is wide and comfortable. The insoles and soles offer little support. I lathered them with boot oil right out of the box and based on how they look after a month I suspect I might get a year of office use out of them. If you're looking for tough work boots, these are not them.

The shoe is very sturdy and comfortable to wear for a long time. The zipper quality is good and it keeps us true in prayers don’t need to untie. the shoe is also not very heavy. I got a style and keeps me warm and the winter. Good value for money.

As someone who for years has relied on boots like Bates or Belleville for my line of work I decided it was time for a change. After 9 years I got tired of spending 150+ for boots I knew I would replace due to inevitable wear and tear after a year since you can't easily repair leather after countless scuffs from ladder wells, non-skid, knee knockers, etc. These boots caught my eye for looking similar to a pair of Bates which cost well over two times more than what I paid for these (about $52). For the price and Amazon's amazing return policy I decided to give them a try. Note to others the sizing is what you would normally wear for casual/tennis shoes, NOT boot sizes, as in 10.5 is same as EU 44 or 10.8" foot length. These fit perfectly for me (10.5 wide), the top portion feels nice on the back of heels as well. The insoles could be better, me personally I usually opt to use my own anyway. The craftsmanship of the boot and look? Top tier. I've been wearing boots for almost 10 years y'all, and I've owned some pretty solid boots that before today I would suggest to my junior guys before anything else. Now? Honestly I'm tempted to not tell more people about these because I don't want the prices to skyrocket. They have a zipper on the side, which is in the perfect spot so you can tie these up, but then when you want to take off the boots immediately upon getting home all you have to do IS UNZIP and the boot slides off effortlessly. That's not to say the boots are loose on your feet, you can get them snug, but the ease of removing them is a huge plus when I'm running late. They clean easy, as with any leather boot buff blacken and buff some more. I have yet to find out if these are truly waterproof, since owning them I haven't been rained on (knock on wood), but when the time comes I'll try to remember to update. These aren't hot boots, my feet don't sweat any more than usual in these. Bottom line, I will be buying these from now on.

To be honest and fair, that zipper blowout in the first picture happened from a small tear catching on my bicycle while I was pedaling. You can see in the second image that it was starting to fray on my other boot as well, and may have progressed further if I wore them more. It wouldn't be unheard of to catch the zipper on something in the workplace like I did on my bike, I just wanted to be transparent 😅 Really awesome pair of boots, my initial impression was very positive. But much like the very short lived pair of boots that came before it, I could tell what was going to fail on the boots, and that it wouldn't take long for it to happen. On this pair it was the zipper. That being said they were really enjoyable until they failed, and I'm sad to see them go. I had my doubts about how waterproof this pair would be with the zipper, but these boots actually kept my feet dry better than a lot of other "waterproof" pairs. Wore these daily while cleaning a grocery store cooler floor, where lots of housing and squeegee-ing is involved and good boots are pretty darn important for comfort. I wore these with gel/foam inserts so I can't comment on how comfortable they are without those added, but they fit comfortably, and seemed alright for standing on hard surfaces for long periods. I'd say comfort was maybe 7/10. Good support, I liked that this boot was a lot higher up on the ankle. The steel toe on this boot was actually really well done as far as I could tell, I had no instances of my toes rubbing up on them. They don't seem to protrude on the inside of the boot very much. And they did shield my toes comfortably from some heavy things falling, and some heavy wheeled carts rolling into my foot, more than once. Watch out for these soles being rather slippery. Once I knew to be wary of it it wasn't a big deal but this could definitely get someone hurt if they're not careful. These soles just seemed more slippery than your average pair of boots compared to similar products. Really liked how these looked and felt, enjoyed the build quality (except for around the zipper) I might try for a different nortiv8 boot offering without a zipper and see how it works for me. If they beefed up the zipper I would say solid 4 star product for SURE. As it is now, it's a high 3 star product, maybe look at a zipper less boot from them

Extremely sturdy boot and it holds up for tougher and harder jobs. It’s comfortable as well, which is important for working tougher jobs. The zipper is also really good and zips with ease, it fits perfectly as well so there’s no fear in it feeling loose and wonky.

I am 61 years old; I have been looking for a boot like these for quite some time now! These look so much like a pair of US jungle boots that I got from a surplus outfit here in Regina. However they are light weight are extremely attractive and fit very nicely. The leather takes polish perfectly and really are quite comfortable. To me they are a dream come true. I love them! I just got my second set today(May 21/21). I was going to give this pair as a gift but I decided to keep them. These boots are bought one size larger so that I can put in a quality gel insert. I also bought a set of good quality elasticized laces. Once the gel insole is in and the new laces are installed; I tighten the boot firmly. I go for a walk like around the block and see if I need to tighten or loosen the laces. Then voila, I just undo the upper Velcro strap and slide down the inside (quality) zipper. These boots are literally the most comfortable, the most attractive the most light weight boots I have ever owned. I’m really just your average guy making it from paycheque to paycheque and I have never got a freebie from anyone. But I swear that these boots at the price that is offered are as close to a freebie that I will ever get. I am a fan!

I bought these specifically looking for a waterproof boot with a side zipper because I liked this brand and style of boot for work so much. These are hardy against a lot of outside conditions. But the very first day I wore them in the rain they got wet inside from the top front of the boot. The sides stayed dry but the part under the laces let the moisture in, and a lot of it. I was walking through tall wet grass when I noticed that my socks got instantly wet. Other than that, having a steel toe is a bonus and if you add a liner with arch support these are great comfortable work boots for most conditions.
