I normally cycle or do Bikram yoga but I recently decided to get something at home and tried different things.. This is the easiest and laziest thing I ever done and yet it get my legs in shape.. I doesnt do anything to tummy but definitely give shapes to love handles. It's small and easy to dissemble and put away.. Regardless what kind of activity you do, just have one these any way, I think it's an essential one to have!

The first time I used it I definitely felt the muscle on my legs contracting. This machine is good.

It does exactly what it says it does in 1 minute, a full body workout, it tones the inner thighs, it firms the buttocks and best of all it strengthens your PELVIC FLOOR.

I have been a reasonably fit person and had a previous career that required a high level of fitness. At the age of 54, I bought this product for the convenience of storing it away easily and with the high expectation of keeping fit with stronger legs, core, butt and pelvic floor. I had previously seen this product on QVCUK and thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately after the second use and only using it for recommended time as a start off regime, I did feel the burn on the inside thighs and decided to keep it going for the 1 minute recommended use. Then, I felt ‘a pop’ on the inside upper left thigh. I immediately stopped and as the day and weekend proceeded I found it increasing hard to walk with the pain. I developed a huge blood leak under the skin. I got an GP appointment and she couldn’t believe the 18”x12” bleed in my leg. The GP was very alarmed and asked how I had got it and measured the blood pooling, recording it on my records. I never used the product again and believe this should carry a ‘health warning’ and would be interested to hear if anyone else had any injuries. My recommendation is ‘Please use with care..!!!’
