Delivery was quick as promised. I decided not to drill holes in the side of my travel trailer. Instead, I used another bungee with the little ball on it and connected it to the heavy awning bracket that is attached with heavy screws. It works fine and blocks out much of the sun when used in conjunction with the sunblocker. You can buy two of these, but one is enough because it can be used on either end of the awning. We have been RVing for thirty plus years and find the awning really helps keep the side of the trailer cooler which helps keep the refrigerator cold. The ice cream doesn't get soft. Highly recommend this product. I may add a grommet in the middle of the edge to give more support and prevent possible drooping. FYI.... I recommend getting the ProTech awning protection tubes. Our Texas sun destroys awnings in a few seasons and a recent fabric replacement was over $400

Bought this for use on our patio awning. Just fyi of anyone who wants to know, the six foot drop on this awning is measured on the short drop side, not the long, so on our awning (on our patio), it reaches almost all the way to the floor. Also, the manufacturer of my awning sells a similar shade for almost twice the price + shipping, but it is only a five foot drop, and only comes in a light cream color, which won't do near as good a job of shading, despite what they claimed when I contacted them about it. And, unlike Amazon, if you don't like it, you can return it as long as YOU pay the return shipping. What a deal.

Installation was easy and just as described. It fits perfectly. It blocks the sun (we are in South Texas and our patio opens to the west!) and adding it to our awning dropped the RV interior temp by 4-5 degrees on the hottest days. Temps outside have been high 90s up to 106. Our patio and broad side of the RV faces South and opens to the west. We went May-August with no awning. Interior temps with the AC running 24/7 were 90. Adding the awning dropped interior temps to 85. Adding a sunblocker along the south side dropped another 2 degrees. Adding the end blocker reduced interior temps to 79/80. I couldn't be happier. Also, the order was processed quickly and it arrived on time.

Definitely helps keep the sun from frying us. It is kind of pain hanging up but worth it for when the sun is out.

I gave this product and the stars because well the quality of the product seems to be very good, unless you have Awning that slopes exactly like the one in the picture, it may not fit.I have a Carefree awning and I did not consider that my Awning didn’t have the same slope.

We purchased both the front shade and the side blocker. Both are great for providing shade on hot, sunny days. They install easily and the side blocker came with two hooks to install-front/back, so you can move it as needed throughout the day.

Good quality, cost price varies with time.Did not install hook provided for on the trailer side, was able to use a large S hook on the trailer side awning arm.

This product blocks the sun pretty effectively and helps a lot with the heat but it doesn’t fit the way it shows in all the pictures. The way it is designed to be attached/hung is not great and doesn’t work well. The instructions ask that you drill thru the outside of your trailer and screw the hook so that the bungee cord can be connected! I can’t see anyone doing that! There are only two grommets on each end for hanging which leaves a big gap in the middle and the sun and heat come through. We are still trying to figure out how to fix the problem and make it work without looking ridiculous to everyone walking by! We haven’t given up because it makes a big difference with the area that it does cover.

Looks great, works really well. No issues with installation. Highly recommend.

Excellent product. You can feel the temperature difference as soon as it is put up. Highly recommend.
