Has anyone tried fitting this onto a european size single mattress (ikea size)? (ie. length is more like 197cm instead of 190cm)

Hi, I bought the double not a single, however the length is spot on for my standard UK 190cm mattress. My mattress is also not particularly deep. With an extra 7 or so centimetres it may 'hang on' due to the fitted corners, but I couldn't say for certain. Hope this helps a little bit - sorry I couldn't be more precise!

Yes, it is 100% waterproof against pee.

What temperature and cycle would you wash the mattress protector on ?

I wash mine on a normal 40 degree wash with 1200 spin. Washes up well and I have experienced no shrinkage. Definitely recommend this mattress protector.

Is the 4 feet for a toddler bed?

4ft is 121.92 cm not quite sure if these are the measurements of your toddler bed. My toddlers when they were out of cots went straight to single beds. Make sure you have the correct measurements before ordering. This mattress protector is very good. You won't even feel its not the bed, no rustling noises and it's comfortable. I hope this helps
