This is a great quality case for an extremely affordable price. I dropped my phone already and it protected it. It has a nice grip to the material of the color and I love the dark green color!

My only gripe with this cover is that it has a “grippy” feel to it, but if you’re apt to let your phone slip through your fingers, this is a real positive. On the downside, this “feel” means it sort of sticks to the linings of pockets, and so sometimes is a bit hard to retrieve and often pulls the pocket inside-out.HOWEVER, if you’re after safety, I stupidly forgot that I’d left the phone on my car roof and several miles later it fell off at over 40mph and was undamaged, apart from 2 corners of the case suffering minor cuts - astonishing!The case is a perfect fit and my red colour really nice.

Can’t believe this case has so many good reviews! When it arrived it was damaged with a small chip out of the silicone. I decided it wasn’t worth complaining so kept the case but 2 weeks later another split has appeared in edge of silicone. I’m only in the house so can’t imagine it would hold up well in a handbag etc. !

I’ve had two Apple red silicon cases and they’ve both worn out. The corners go after a couple of years. You can’t get another red one now - only pink, white and black. This is an Apple strategy to get you to upgrade your phone. You can have cases for 12s or 13s in a dozen fun colours. These too will be reduced to a couple of boring colours in a year or two.The Ornato case is the same as the Apple one, as far as I can see. Same quality, same hue. It doesn’t have the Apple logo and it costs half as much. Probably comes out of the same factory. What’s not to like? If you want a red silicon case for your 8 or SE there aren’t many other options in any case.

Phone case good and does protect the phone well. The only down side is that it attracts fluff etc. If I put the phone in my jeans pocket it has all blue bits/ fluff stuck to it.

This case seems absolutely what I was after given that the Apple equivalent is £45. I needed a case that fitted well, was grippy without being “rubbery”, felt good and did the job it was advertised to do. I am very pleased with this case and have had none of the problems some of the reviews have mentioned. It fits extremely well, feels high quality and adds very little bulk to the original phone. I cannot comment on durability yet but given the quality of the case I expect no problems. Fitting and removal presents no problems and I can’t see how this is an issue in some reviews. I have had no problems with the case attracting “fluff” from pockets etc but most of my pockets are Cotten type material.Overall, a fine product at a very reasonable price. Unless I have updated this in a few months time, the quality seems very good.
