The other reviews confused me; I don't think this runs small at all. I ordered a size L (Asian XL) and it is way too big! I am a lifter currently on a cut for a figure competition, so my band size varies. Right now it is in between a 34 and 36. My cup size is also in between a B and small C. I know I like details so here you go: I'm 5'10, 160lbs, and at about 8% body fat. I have a pretty wide back, so I was suprised when I put this on and it was way too big. Other than that, it is super comfy, easy to zip up and it will keep you in place for mild to moderate activity. I don't think I would use it for high impact/intense activity. It is great for lifting because it doesn't constrict blood flow to the lats but it still offers support. I am going to try the M (Asian L) next and I will report back :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very comfy *by S***I on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2023* Was a good fit and comfy ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars I also think this works better for smaller chested and smaller framed women *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2016* to be honestly, I don't wear this. It is very fitted and covers a lot, in the sense that, there is a lot of fabric, and it is a little irritating with the friction and heat if you move around a lot. However, if you are person who is conservative and really wants to cover things up and have them be really secure, then this is probably more for you. I also think this works better for smaller chested and smaller framed women. While I am an A cup, my upper body is more muscular from working out, and so that's why it is very fitted on me. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/200836786-encounter-womens-strech-removable-pads-front-zipped-comfort-sports-bra](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/200836786-encounter-womens-strech-removable-pads-front-zipped-comfort-sports-bra) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
