Amazing vapor barrier material!!!
Wow! Best stuff I’ve ever used! This is my second order because of my square footage. It’s way durable and looks good. 20-25 degree difference from the metal to one layer of this stuff. I did a video of the difference. I used it on a metal roof in my shop as a vapor barrier, then I insulated and used it again to cover the insulation. See pictures and video. Saved me hundreds of dollars compared to the spray foam I was looking at. I have R-15 on the ceiling backed up with this. Readings showed me 39 degrees difference from the bare metal ceiling to an insulated R-15 ceiling. Bare metal showed me 119 degrees and with the insulation and this stuff showed me 80 degree

Great insulation for garage/workshop/shed
I used this to cover 6” fiberglass insulation in the walls and ceiling of my garage/workshop. The white exposed surface provides a nice clean look and improves the lighting situation in the space. This was easy to cut and staple during installation, but is remarkably resistant to unintended puncturing/tearing. The 4’ wide rolls were manageable as far as handling and maneuvering them during the install process, and that width allowed me to get everything covered pretty quickly. I purchased 4” wide tape to cover the seams, and there were no issues adhering the tape to this material. I can’t speak to how well it insulates, but I definitely recommend this as an exposed wall covering option that may also provide insulating value.

Responsive seller (to questions), high quality product, worked great in a crawl space.
worked great as a fire and vapor barrier, covering foamboard insulation installed on a crawl space interior wall. durable, no tears and hardly wrinkled even with abuse. I was able to unroll around our large crawl space without ever cutting except the scrap at the end. also, responsive seller for questions.

Tuff house wrap
Good stuff Covers well and water proof. I think its the key to my home gym being, so cost effective to heat and cool.

Little short for 48”, really should be 50”.
I haven’t had this very long, but while installing, it seemed to really reflect the sun back. It seems to be good quality. It’s hard to tear, but easy to cut. It’s a little short to run vertical on 24” centers. I haven’t measured it, but very hard to staple at each end, so I had to run it horizontally. 2” longer would be soooo much better. To be clear, I bought the 4ft barrier. It does look very good. So the hotter image is the old roof. It’s aluminum sheeting, that’s painted white. The cooler image is the roof under the barrier, but it has galvalume tin on top, then 2x4 furring strips, then radiant barrier foil side to sun. The pictures are taken standing in the middle of the two roofs. This was on a 60-65 degree sunny day.

Noticeable
I put this in my un-insulated metal building on the bottom of the 6” c purlins foil side up. First thing I noticed was while in the process of installation the areas covered were 18 degrees cooler according to my flir temp gun. This was on a 96 degree day with the sun directly overhead. The product is very tough and very versatile. I attached it using self tapping screws…. Worked great if you didn’t tighten them too tight. Cuts easy with a razor blade or a good pair of scissors. As the weather cools down I’m noticing condensate on my roof instead of on the inside of the shop. I’m really hoping this works equally well in the winter as it has though this summer. I recommend this to anyone looking for a fast efficient solution to radiant heat.
