Nature’s Way Alive! Teen Gummy Multivitamin for Her, Helps Eyes Filters Blue Light*, Citrus Burst Flavor

I just bought these so my daughter just started them today. The smell is initially gross when you open them. But the taste isn't bad. My daughter likes them. The reason I bought them is because I asked my pharmacist and long time friend what vitamins my kids and I should take and she recommended alive because it's more all natural.

Taste terrible but my daughter got through it and when she ran out asked for more she says she feels a difference taking it! she take it before brushing her teeth so the taste is gone immediately she says it is worth it for how she feels!

I've tried them , but give to my kids. I have to persuade them to take it so it's not a waste of money. The taste could be altered a bit

So first off I was super excited to have my kids try these since they have so many great ingredients and are gluten free, but holy crap when you open the bottle the strong smell of vitamins and citric acid is crazy strong. I thought for sure it was because they were freshly opened, but no. They taste like a multivitamin doused in citric acid and they look like dog treats lol the kids tried them and said the texture was horrible and they tasted awful. My oldest said if I could mix it in a smoothie and hide the taste she might be able to eat them. We'll see.

For the past year we have been in trial and error trying to find the perfect chewable multivitamin for my daughter. We have tried; Naturelo, rainbow light, smarty pants, Natures plus, and now Alive. The goal was getting the healthiest most comprehensive palatable vitamin we could find. These are all great options when it comes to nutrition. Naturelo probably being the superior choice but when it comes to flavor Alive! blows everyone out of the water. For a while we settled with Smarty pants because I figured I needed to compromise nutrition for taste but even those were pretty gross and my daughter resisted taking them. I am so happy that we can finally stop searching and that I don’t have to compromise nutrition and my daughter doesn’t have to suffer with taste. Alive has yummy citrus taste without a bitter vitamin aftertaste, the texture is easy to chew and not hard or gummy. We just got it so we can’t speak on efficacy or the claim to help with filtering blue light but Alive is a great brand and I have no doubt that this is a superior vitamin.

I'm the only member of my family who can eat these. They taste awful. So I guess we'll never know if my kids eyes benefited or not.

I bought these for my teenage daughter and she likes them. She said they taste pretty good and she feels like she has more energy. I feel like we can all use blue light support since we use devices so much so I like that these vitamins help with that.

I’ve looked everywhere for a multivitamin that does not contain gelatin. This is the only one I found and I’m very pleased so far. This is my second reorder. I’m not a big fan of medication that tastes like candy and It does have sugar as first ingredient but so do most multivitamin products these days it seems!! Daily values seem sensible for a teenager. Except for vitamin D3, nothing exceeds 100%DV, after all it’s only a supplement not a substitute for a healthy diet.

I was worried when I read the reviews, but when it came, my kids all liked the taste🤣
