So I bought this a month and a half ago and now I turn it on five minutes later it double beeps and turns off. The timer and light buttons also no longer work***update reacted out to seller they sent me a new one and so far works great will update again

I recently purchased this and was more than excited to get it in my office and use it.. however I was extremely let down. The first thing I noticed is that the measuring cup was not included in the box for some reason. I decided that didnt make or break me wanting to keep it and decided to go ahead and use it anyway. Upon trying to use it I discovered that it REFUSES to stay on more than a few minutes. I tried everything I could but it shuts itself off no matter what I do. I like the design but the product arrived missing things and not working.

It doesn’t stay on, I turn it on for the 8 hour setting and it will shut off after 10 minutes. The beeping is very annoying and the steam doesn’t come in two strengths like the manual said. I came to look at the reviews to see if others had the same problems and the reviews are for a nespresso holder. I got this one because it had a lot of reviews with a high star rating and I liked the look of the product but if it doesn’t work then it is just junk.

Stopped working after 7 months. Turn it on it goes back off

It is difficult to open.

It does not stay on. Even at the 8 hr setting it turns off after few seconds. After going back and looking at the reviews they are not even for this product, which is why I bought it bc it had 5 starts with over 5000 reviews.

This diffuser stops letting steam out randomly until I lift up the top and put it back on again. Quite frustrating that it cannot just work on it's own.
