Very Happy with Ladybug Purchase
Ladybugs arrived in very good condition, very active. It was a hot day, and if the shipper hadn't put them in the shade until I found them perhaps this would not have been the case. I wasn't ready to let them go yet, so put them in the refrigerator as instructed for a few weeks. I used a refrigerator thermometer to be sure they didn't get too cold. I waited for an evening rain, and got ready to let them go. When I took them out of the refrigerator they looked dead, but I figured they were just cold. Soon they were crawling all over inside their package as very lively little creatures. I had planned to let them go on two different evenings, letting half of the lady bugs go each time. But once I opened their package I saw that that wasn't possible since they were all over the place. Herding lady bugs is worse than herding cats! So I let all of them go at once. I made a mistake in that I put them at the bottom of the tree I was using them for, and later read that I should have placed them in the branches. Nonetheless, photos at night with a flash showed an army of lady bugs on their way up the trunk of the tree. My guess is that a lot of them made it to the leaves. I think I made it considerably harder for them though by not putting them in the leaves in the first place. In the early morning I found some lady bugs crawling around on the ground near the tree (they don't fly at night) and caught a bunch of them and put them in the tree. The instructions from the seller were perfect. It was my mistake not to put them in the tree. I believe the seller when they say that the ladybugs are ready to start reproducing right away, and I think some of them probably laid eggs in the tree. I feel good about letting the ladybugs go on my property, and even if they fly to trees in the neighborhood and eat aphids there it is still good for the neighborhood overall. I'm very happy with the seller and with this purchase. Would definitely buy again.

Good bugs for your plants!
Looked up what to your on our plants and ordered these ladybugs. Arrived in airy boxed package, followed instructions and put in refrigerator for a couple of days. Spread on plants and they went to work fast. Great natural way to fight bad pests!

Best pest control
Received my lady bugs today and released them in the evening. They were already patrolling the trees and eating the afids. Very healthy looking and all were alive. Will continue to purchase in the future.

Didn't seem like 3000
There were a lot but 3000 ladybugs seems like a BIG stretch. I think there was only one or two dead in the bag I got so that's a plus. I might buy again. Even though I don't think the number included matches the description, the price is still reasonable for the amount I got.

Helping Our Pollinators
They arrived alive. Released them on a plant that has a bad case of scale and they've been on the plant for about six hours now. I hope they will take care of the problem. I went a natural way as I'm trying to support the pollinators in our area. Keeping fingers crossed that they are super hungry! 🤞

Too hot this time of Year
I was, first, surprised as they shipped immediately but were out for delivery for nearly a week in hot summer heat. Secondly, when I received the package, a third were DOA. Thirdly, another third were very slow moving and their color was more brownish and sounded a bit crunchy. A third seemed healthy enough. I released them in the evening just before dark. I watered the garden and gave some food for ladybugs. The next morning the slow moving third were dead. I don't know how to scoop up all these dead ladybugs in my garden boxes for a refund. I don't want to order more as shipping is too slow and it is too hot and dry out here. As the description showed, they add extra in case a few don't make it. This was much more than a few... Not happy.

Arrived Healthy and Hungry
The ladybugs were shipped promptly by the seller but were late due to the shipping service. I was so worried they would die due to the late transit schedule as it’s been so hot here in the Southern part of the country. When they finally did arrive, they were very active and ready to be set free! From past experience, I knew that managing 3000 warm, hungry ladybugs is close to impossible so I put them in the fridge immediately to slow them down. Not the freezer - in the fridge! As soon as it got dark we carefully opened the packaging, poured them into a plastic bowl and delivered them to their “ assigned” garden areas. It was a great experience! Everything from this seller was well done for the little bugs. I’ve purchased many before, so I need to comment on how well the packaging of the little was to protect them from damage. The insert on how to release them was very nice for first time lady beetle purchasers also. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the care that was taken to protect the little bugs during shipment. I will definitely use this company again!

Ladybug love
Received earlier than expected, and had to keep in the fridge for a few days. Released them all and only a few were dead. Not sure about there being 3,000 or whatever..but we didn't count.. there were plenty enough for our garden and greenhouse space. This is the second year using this company and so far so good. Will update review if there are any issues.
