Excellent quality product. But it takes time to understand how long-term the quality will be, until the end of the cartridge’s service life.

Ink rubs off. Terrible ink.

I've had these cartridges installed for a year now and they work well. They install and fit as you would expect and the print quality is as good as the originalsCompatible cartridge makers are always at a disadvantage with printer manufacturers trying to prevent them from selling compatible products. So the only downside with these cartridges is a slight compatibility issue when my printer starts up requiring me to click a button to clear a message from Canon telling me they aren't Canon cartridges... which I already knew.The Canon cartridges are 3 times the price, so I can press a button occasionally.

Poor quality. Streaks after 6 months. False economy.

I’ve been using these toner cartridges for a while with no issues—until the third set. Suddenly, my prints started coming out faded and streaky. I tried all the usual color corrections, but nothing worked.After digging through Canon forums and YouTube, I found out this is a common issue—not just with generic toner, but even with official Canon cartridges. Here's what finally fixed it for me:1. Go to the Canon website and redownload/reinstall your printer driver2. Run a full Auto Adjust Gradation3. Check your paper settings and make sure the paper weight is set correctlyOnce I did all three, the print quality went back to normal. So in my case the cartridges themselves were not the root cause. If you are having issues hopefully this works for you as well.Other than that minor hiccup , they’ve been fantastic. They deliver crisp, vibrant color and are incredibly easy to install. They last much longer than I expected, making them a very cost-efficient choice. If you're looking for a budget-friendly alternative that doesn’t skimp on quality, these are definitely worth it!

We received an item that was not printing and we returned it on march 10 . Then we were messaged that we will get by april 3 but still we fid not get it.
