If you’re traveling, I’d recommend starting with a single chew earlier — maybe even on your flight — to give your body time to adjust. When they did start working, the effect was intense but effective. I probably overdid it by taking the full dosage at once since I didn’t feel anything initially. Lesson learned — start slow. Overall, these definitely do the job, just not as quickly or gently as I expected. I’d give them 4 stars for reliability but caution anyone to plan ahead timing-wise. Personally, I’ll still keep them on hand for emergencies, but I’ll stick to my usual coffee and abdominal massage routine first next time.

Well, these are pricier than taking tablets, but mom loves them and they work well. My mother takes a lot of pills so Dulcolax - in all forms - have been really helpful. Whether you take these chews, the liquid, or the tablets, just make sure you drink plenty of water with them. She says these taste great and she likes that she can bring them wherever she goes. They work well for her. The results aren't instant, but they work quickly enough.

I think these are better for kids two take and it did nothing I had to take the pill form the next day. It doesn't taste bad at all and it doesn't give you cramps.

I use these as needed and they are good value for your money and help with digestive issues. The taste and the texture are not bad and I only use one every other night and have good luck with it

Love the taste and they work pretty quick. Not in 30 minutes though. Sometimes overnight.
