Double Bananagrams Word Game, 2X Tiles for Up to 16 Players

Every family needs this game! This is such a really fun game to play; especially if you love word games like Words With Friends! It plays like scrabble, but instead of one "crossword" shared by everyone, each person plays it individually. We all laugh hysterically every time we play. It can be catered to all ages & skill levels, so it is also a great tool to expand young reading levels. BONUS - I didn't realize it was a double pieces game, which is AMAZING because the more people that play the more fun it is!

Super fun and easy to learn. Great for a big group

My favorite board game without a board. I love this game so much that a friend recently made a wooden keychain for me with words "Banangrams Master" burned into small square tiles in the perfect crossword configuration. It's portable and fun and great for the brain. I've been playing this game with my children since they were little and could barely spell words. Now they're teenagers and hard to beat. We love making up new rules to make it more or less challenging, depending on how much time we have and who's playing. My best friend has a single set and I have the double. We love hanging out on her porch or at a coffee shop for a quick (or not so quick) game. It's the best!

Bananagrams is a fun game to play with others and you can even play it by yourself. My elderly Mother, suffering from dementia, liked to find words in the tiles. It was a good mental exercise for her. After she passed I gifted it to a family member who likes to play it with her family. It is portable, self contained and doesn't require a game board like another similar game, making it very easy to travel with. I have gifted this game to a number of people and they find it to be a fun and interactive game. You can make up your own rules too if you wish to allow people to use acronyms, proper names, etc. Also good for kids to work on their spelling. I highly recommend it!

Was introduced to this and HOPE it's in my stocking this year! I know this will be my 'go-to' gift for all my friends! Fun, easy to learn, easy to travel with. It's quick and fun. Can be from age 8 to 80+ (And much quieter than Boggle and no paper/pen needed)

I bought this years ago to play with my grandkids when they were learning to spell. My family was here for the holidays and my grandson got it out of the closet. We had great fun (ages 14-70)! After going home, my son bought his own. Then, I needed a gift for an after Christmas party; I bought this. Although not on the party plan - we played for hours! Great fun for a bunch of nerdy people.

Satisfyingly, heavy engraved tiles. The letters are engraved not screen printed. Nice to handle. Tile is a good size and lettering is very clear even just for normal size tiles.

Banana grams is the perfect gift for anyone that you don’t know what to get. Easy, understandable game. That I would recommend anyone.

This game seems basic and easy enough but it can be hard if you’re not a quick thinker with words. My kid is well read for the age level but still, the game was hard. It will get better over time I think. It is no problem for people with adequate English vocabulary levels though. The tiles are smooth but we did find one with jagged edges. It is a bit sharp on the jagged edges so we will discard that piece. The bag is big for a double tile portion but the material and zipper are not durable. The zipper is a little difficult to close with all the tiles and I can feel the quality of the metal zipper is not good. It will probably break off soon. The fabric of the bag is also thin and not well stitched. I expect a hole to appear soon.
