I was advised to take this product by a clinician to help stop recurrent visual migraines.
I have found that the migraines stopped since taking this magnesium supplement. The last cluster I had put me in hospital with a suspected TIA. Have had painless visual migraines for 20 years. They last 20 minutes with a zig zag aura always from the centre of the visual field. This is so helpful that I can’t thank this firm enough. Many supplements absorb less well and are similar to indigestion tablets. Magnesium citrate is much more rapidly absorbed.

Good value tablets
Good value tablets and easy to swallow. Have noticed it has helped my muscle ache a little after the gym.

Great supplement
Glad I switched from the off the shelf magnesium tablets which are made with magnesium oxide. I’ve found magnesium citrate to be much better.
