It did not stick well after cleaning and preparing the walls accurately. It was not any thicker than your average aluminum foil that you buy in the store maybe even thinner. It tore easily when trying to get out the numerous bubbles. It might work well to wrap cardboard boxes or some other craft project but I would not recommend it for a backsplash in a kitchen or a bathroom under any circumstances. I'm extremely disappointed & intend to cover it with something more durable.

I was really excited to find this product for my small apartment kitchen. I have been searching and searching for just the right look. I thought this would be it. The photos made it look perfect. But when it arrived, I'm not kidding when I say it looks like Christmas wrapping paper and NOT like a faux metal material. So disappointing.

The end result was great! However- if you try to adhere to a large area you must have 2 people. I tried it with only myself and it kept adhering to itself. I ruined the main piece by trying to unstick it from each other. I cut the roll into 4 pieces and I got 2 of them down without rolling in on itself. The other 2 look awful but I didn’t want to order another roll.

This contact paper was so sticky, I had troubles with it but that is purely because of user error. Once I got the hang of how to put it down I was so pleased with the end result. I used this on my pots and pans shelves and am thankful. Its easy to wipe down. I will be buying more to add to other shelves and drawers.

The edges weren’t cut evenly (something I wish I would have realized prior to starting my project) and the paper is thinner than other brands I’ve used. It got the job done though.

I put the the adhesive foil on the frig which is close to a small stove. It looks good and went on easily.

Does what its designed to do very well.
