Awesome for infusing/binding your medicine into starburst/candies if it is legal in your state. Also found that MCT oil and olive oil blends well into my workout shakes with just a bit of this. It is sticky and doesn't wash off easily. Use and store in a meat flavor injector syringe.

Whoops, didn't know what I was doing and bought this instead of the powder for oat milk. It works fine and has a really nice subtle added taste, but it is a PAIN. It is VERY hard to get off of things (spoons, cups, etc) and I will definitely get the powder next time.

I got this to make keto friendly white chocolate sugar free peppermint bark. Works well to bind and smooth the mixture. Very pleased with it. Will buy again.

The print on the bottle is very small and smudged. I can read what it says on Amazon but that is not much help. There are no instructions for mixing it as an emulsifier. I want to make gummies. I have one cup of coconut oil that I am using. There are other reviews with the same issue concerning how much to use. I could not see any replies from the seller. The manufactuer has contactes me. They recommend 1 table spoon for each cup of oil. If an when I am have my questions answered I may change my review.

I was supposed to order the powder, not the liquid. I was so disappointed when I removed the foil off the jar and found the liquid. Since I would be using it mostly for an emulsifier for shakes and drinks, I gave it a try. First I emptied the contents into an empty honey squeezable bottle. No mess or fuss! I just squeeze out the amount I need. It's perfect!!!
