I made a this over the weekend and they were very good. I had some with breakfast and stored the rest in the freezer. I added blueberries to them and they taste wonderful. I have tried a few of the Paleo mixes and this one is a top choice. My only complaint is adding eggs, milk and coconut oil.I was hoping to have something that I only had to add eggs or water to. I ended up using Vegan butter in place of the coconut oil and I think that added to the flavor.

I really like these pancakes, tasty and dont feel guilty eating them. I thought the bad would be a bit bigger.

This is the best paleo pancake mix I've tried to date. 5/5 stars for taste but 4/5 for price. For $11, you really only get to make about 10 pancakes- I wish it was a tad cheaper and the product was bigger.

These pancakes were absolutely delicious and I think my daughter's favorite. I have not been able to enjoy pancakes anymore because I am prediabetic and gluten free mixes have been a game of chance for my grain allergies. But these pancakes don't trigger any reaction, come out fluffy and don't even need syrup. They're also much more filling in my opinion than grain-based pancakes.My 21-month-old asks for pancakes morning, noon and night since I introduced these to her. And I'm happy to oblige because she's very persnickety about food, particularly when it comes to grains.Will definitely buy again and again.

This is a rip off. Do not buy. Smallest package ever, might make 5 pancakes. Buy at Cosco a much larger bag for less money

Just started doing the Paleo diet about a month ago. It was a challenge at first but finally have the hang of it and love it! My body feels great! Of course, the Paleo diet cuts out a lot of carbs and normal every day foods. Pancakes and bread / bread-like products have been the hardest to cut out. We bought this mix, added chopped pecans, and was able to get 10 pancakes out of the mix. We ate 4 of the 10 and stored the rest in the freezer. They are easily re-heated in a toaster for a quick breakfast. Highly recommend this mix, especially for breakfast fans like myself!
