You get 180 of these in the jar and you take 1 a day . Ive had these in the past but tried another brand of simalar tablets that were recommended by a friend but have come back to using these again . They do seem to do what they say on the tin so to speak. But have found since taking them my energy levels were more balanced after a few days and found that I found it easier to get to sleep at night something I have problems with normally. I also have issues with my stomach that seem to have lessened since taking these on a regular basis, but regardless of the effects I have found with them they have lots of good things in them that help your bodies metabolism.

I actually purchased this substance because of problems with low testosterone production resulting in things like fatigue and tiredness and researching natural products linked to improved T-levels. A number of the ingredients contained here, such as Ginseng, B12, Zinc and Maca root have been linked to increased T-production in animal trials - although the science behind this is not exactly definitive - and are also reputed to improve things such as blood circulation, libido, and nerve health, and you'll actually see a lot of these ingredients contained in sports supplements that claim to boost your energy levels or help you get ripped (always sold at an expensive premium). Having been taking them for a little while now I have to admit that there has been a positive response with my physical and metal well being. I do feel more relaxed and energetic, confident even - although of course this testament is purely anecdotal, so I would suggest that is at least some positive benefit to be gained from taking it. This product is also cheaper, includes a higher dose of ingredients, and contains a longer supply (180 pills taken once per day) than many of those flashy sports supplements with pictures of muscly men on them trying to convince you that you can be the next Mr Universe by taking a pill.

I bought these to give me more energy and generally feel better while dealing with a stressful home life and physical and mental health issues. I have been taking one tablet 5 days a week for 5 months. Pros: * They worked! I can't dispute that, they DID give me more energy, not like some Class A stimulant but more gentle stamina and alertness overall, which is what you want. I would say the same for my overall mental and physical issues, a mild but noticeable improvement. * Maca is purported to help with your sex drive and performance generally and I would say it had some positive effect there too. * I have Crohns and a sensitive stomach but I tolerated this well. So its NOT snake oil, but there are some cons that I only just became aware of, a couple of them thanks to another reviewer on here. To be fair to this product, its true of most supplements, but I'll admit I saw the reviews here and didn't really check. I can only speak from my own experience taking this and some research from Dr Google, everything here would likely apply to ANY MACA SUPPLEMENT, not just this one: Possible Cons (YMMV): * Can cause weight gain - Some people take this to GAIN weight, successfully too. Personally I have gained nearly a stone...but I wanted to lose 5! * Blood pressure changes - Mixed reports of it lowering blood pressure but also raising it, mine is notably higher and I suffer from hypertension already. * Iron content and constipation - I had no idea about this one, and actually expected opposite but this has definitely affected me, if you suffer with piles etc, be cautious. * Risky for people with certain conditions (inc. Endometriosis, research yourself) - I don't have any of the conditions so can't comment but other reviewers already have. * Affects hormonal balance, which can help libido and menopause etc but people reported Estrogen like affects...in men! I already had moobs that needed a bra so can't confirm this. Bottom Line: This works well, and I am a bit sad to stop taking it, but the side effects for me are as real as the benefits which could also be said of proper medication. Same advice applies, research it, take medical advice if needed, but maybe try it and decide for yourself if the pros outweigh the cons.

Been taking Maca powder for a couple of months and while I saw good results I kinda hate the taste so I though I would start getting it in pill form. While looking to get a repurchase of another supplement which I liked from this brand I saw that the have added this Maca root capsules in their products line. As the price was really good I bought it and been using it for two weeks now with similar, if not better, results that I had with the powder. I'm really happy because it's consumed much easier, no taste - aftertaste, and also has many more Vitamins plus Ginko and Ginseng. I will definitely purchase again, especially at this price!

I have to say I have not felt the mystical effects other people have said. I personally think buying maca on its own is a better option shame really as I like the pure Ingredients vibe they are promoting. I will persist & give them time to try & kickstart my ever knackered body & mind. Give them a try people as it could just be my metabolism playing silly buggers. Update: I have noticed numerous benefits now from taking these from better sleep, more relaxed & believe it or not more energy which is a miracle in itself. Don’t wait for the magic to happen just carry on your usual lifestyle & gradually a difference is noticeable.

It gives me a great boost of energy in the morning especially for my daily work-out. It's easy to swallow and has a light flavour. It would be great if it can pump the energy for the whole day. Other than that I am happy with the purchase. I was lacking energy before so this suppliment is definitely helping.
