Non stick inside or outside the pot, even cooking cheese grits, not sure about scratching resistance I just follow the instructions to help with the durability. Easy to wash with a soft cloth. Good quality, looks elegant for everyday use. Handles on the lids, yes of course it gets hot.

Just replace my entire pot and pan collection with these! We were one of those households that had probably five or more different pots and pans, baking sheet, etc This non-stick Graniteware is the ticket, it is nice looking, (we got the black with white specks), totally nonstick, and washes up within seconds. Also, the handles do not get hot, which is a great comfort when cooking for the family.

These pots and pans are great. I’ve had them since December and they are very durable easy to clean and cook my food perfectly.

I have not used them yet. They are very pretty and sturdy. I deducted a star because they scratch easily. Be careful when you stack the bakeware; it will scratch. I recommend keeping the cardboard that comes with the packaging to add between the bakeware if you stack them. I can't wait to use them.

They are really good cookware for the money. The blue color of my cook wear is really beautiful. I bought the set and am very pleased with the quality. The set does not come with a 14 inch frying pan although it can be purchased separately, I found for a decent price. I love the square and deep frying pan. Food does not stick. I compared in to one of my other frying pans that was supposed to be non-stick. The Granitestone frying pan cooked without sticking. I was looking into getting Hexclad but that cookware is soooo expensive. Granitestone is a good substitute for the money. I will be purchasing more in the future.

These are so great, hold up to use, great color and perfect for electric or gas stoves. My mother recommended these and have seen them hold up to repeated use. Would definitely buy other pieces and recommend to others.

I hope to have a video up for you soon. In the mean time, here's my review. This cookware is crap. Non-stick? I think not. If you're not constantly stirring what you're cooking it will not only stick but it will burn. I'm not talking about full heat either. Even if you have it on low heat (simmering) it will stick and burn unless you constantly stir it. The cookware came damaged. It had scratches in the "so called" non-stick. I reached out to customer service and they said they would replace the damaged pieces, however they were on back order. That was 2 months ago. How convenient for them. I have since written to them 5 or 6 times now and I have yet to receive a response. In other words, I'm stuck with damaged goods. And apparently, this is common practice for them as I have seen other reviews with the same issues. The pots came damaged. My advice, don't by this crappy cookware. It's a sham. If you bought them and are within the 30 day return window. return them ASAP. You'll get no service from the company. Once you've bought them, you're stuck with them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't return them when I had the opportunity. Now I'm stuck with these crappy pots and pans. If I could give them a negative -10, I would. Don't make the same mistake I made. You're wasting your money.

Update May 2025: so the handle on the square cookpot is way too long its in the way no matter how you set the pot on the stove. The square trying pan became discolored during first try. The bakeware is nice,heavy and easy to clean.But I would not buy this set againORIGINAL REVIEW:Really really lightweight. The skillets are way too small. The steamer thing is nice but really not used that often. I would never use these lightweight pots to deep-fry. No way. The handles get hot!Looks nice. But I don't think it'll last as long as my cast iron or stainless steel cookpots and skillets.I would not get it again.
