Morning Song 12004 Trail Mix Wild Bird Food, 5-Pound

This little bag of bird food has much variety and little, if any, filler. However, I feed all the critters 15 lbs each day so this is not affordable. I may buy it again to mix with the other seeds I mix and feed to my beautiful birds of Texas. If you only have a few feeders, your birds will thank you for this.

Great feed for burd feeders!

I am seriously going NUTs. I buy squirrel (critter) food and put it in my special squirrel feeders on the back Pin Oaks behind the church office where I have set my Squirrel Sanctuary (I am, after all, the Squirrel Whisperer), and the bluejays, woodpeckers, blackbirds and others clean it out. I buy Morning Song trail mix for my bird feeder on the front window to attract bird and do you know what I get?Squirrels! Chipmunks! And they clean it out before a single bird can come near.Can't they read!Seriously, checking out this product, mostly larger feed, It really is for larger birds, not the smaller ones that I was hoping to attract anyways. It is very similar in constitution to the critter food that I bought (corn, seed, nut), and already so popular with the larger birds who discovered my feeding grounds at the pin oaks.Tom, the (going nuts) Squirrel Whisperer

I'm new to bird feeding and have tried a few different brands and kinds and for some reason they seem to like this one the best - more birds flock to it and they eat it faster than other brands.

I love this seed, I make 5 bird cakes out of it. Each cake last a week or so. I live in south Texas. I can get this seed at any HEB in Texas for $5 for 5 pounds! This seller is out of their mind asking for $14 a 5lb bag!! If you live in Texas, go to HEB pet section and you find it for $1 per pound, and they often put on sale.
