Good little item, easy to set up and use, very good resolution for the price. My daughter uses it for team meetings for college as her laptop camera is broken and this little camera works faultlessly....once you remember to switch the input to external usb as the camera app defaults to the laptop camera everytime it starts up. Once it's on its great, good quality picture. The audio is a little tinny but that can be changed in the settings to internal speakers which beefs things up a touch. All in all a good buy for the price, especially as it has a little flap to ensure complete privacy until you want it

Was a bit unsure about getting this webcam as it is so cheap but am so pleased I did. The picture quality is amazing for the price. It was really easy to set up, basically just plug & play. The privacy cover is really easy to use & it sits on top of the monitor with no problems (I saw other reviews that said this was really fiddly, maybe I just have the right depth monitor but I didn't have a problem at all). If you just need a basic webcam that is simple to use & delivers a decent picture I highly recommend this.

The camera sits well on top of my laptop screen. Picture is good and mic good enough considering what it is. Over the eight months I have had it, it has occasionally stopped working briefly but been OK after unplugging it for a while. Then this week it stopped working altogether. I contacted the supplier, e-Ming, who arranged a replacement even after all this time with absolutely no argument or haggling. My replacement was with me two days after I first contacted them and works fine so far. Cheap Chinese stuff does occasionaly break down, I accept that as an occupational hazard of buying cheap stuff online, so the exemplary customer service means I am still very happy with this unit and recommend it for Zoom meetings.

The camera focuses well . The mounting bracket is fiddly. I am using a USB 2.0 port, and the camera was quickly recognised. The big problem is the audio. The sound is muffled and I have been unable to get it to work on Zoom. The audio is a bit better on Skype, but unusable on Zoom.The instructions are writing in poor English and do not help to resolve the audio problem.

Works straight out of the box and easy to set up, in my case through settings in Zoom.HD Picture quality good, although not as good as our 1080 TV picture, but then our house hasn't got TV studio lighting.Good wide angle for family chats.Built-in mic fine for Zoom/SkypeMy real rating would be four stars, but feel I needed to redress a couple of the previous reviews that I think have given too low scores for their reported downsides, one due to customer service which has nothing to do with how good the webcam is, and another because it didn't do something which I don't think it was necessarily designed to do.

This is really good quality for the price, easy to set up.It sits securely on top on my screen with a nice long lead to my machine under my desk.The picture is clear and well focused and sound quality if the mic is great.It works well for Teams and Zoom meetings.

I bought the camera and the mic is such a bad quality.In meetings people can't hear me as I break up consistentlyDial in from my laptop or phone (BTW on the same WIFI line) and I don't break up.Also did not come with the closing flip for the camera as shown in the pictures

This camera was easy to install - just plug and play. The picture and sound quality are excellent.
