First home projector, definitely not disappointed.
As a first time buyer of a home projector I was looking for one that was simple to set up and use, HD picture quality, decent illumination and with built in Android system for convenience of using streaming apps.I was very impressed that this little unit ticks all of my boxes.I bought a 100" screen to project on to and I am incredibly happy with the picture quality and brightness at this size. The ability to adjust the picture to suit different angles of projection is a nice feature and very easy to adjust even for an amateur like me!The built-in speaker, although very small, packs a real punch and does not sound too "tinny" having a decent amount of bass. It is also very easy to connect a Bluetooth speaker if you prefer. So simple to set up, with several streaming apps already installed on the device, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ (The Mandalorian is epic when it's 6 feet wide!)Overall for a relatively inexpensive projector the picture quality and sound reproduction are excellent, VERY easy to use, you quite often hear the term "plug and play" but in this instance it really is.Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to have that home cinema experience on a budget.āāāāā

Stunning picture quality, features and ease of use - would highly recommend
I've had a few Mini Pico Projectors over the last few years. The Acer K11, iCODIS CB-300, and now this Mini DLP 3D Projector from Yaufey. It was ready to go out of the box, although I did do a system update and that worked successfully as a next next finish exercise. The menu systems are easy to use, quick to customise your own apps, works with Netflix app and any others I chose to throw at it. One AMAZING feature is to be able to correct all corners through keystone settings. This take the huge hassle out of getting the projector lined up perfectly with the wall or screen you are throwing it at.Works great with Chromecast ultra, I've not needed to use Miracast as I use that instead, but VLC for local files over a network works great as well. The Bluetooth connects automatically at startup too. Only issue I've found is if you use manual or custom keystone correction you can't use 3D mode, which uses a SBS (side by side) format for local files. You would need to auto the Keystone but I dare say that wouldn't be difficult at all.During the day, the image can be a little washed out, but I'm projecting at well over 100 inches so that's to be expected. With ambient or lights off at dusk or during the evening it works great. I've got it at about 4 meters away from the magnolia wall, but a good reflective paint would certainly make it sharper and brighter.Tech support is brilliant too. They came back to me via email the very next day and continued to communicate until everything was solved (minor issue with Bluetooth but it corrected itself with my external device, no issue with the projector).Overall for £300 I would recommend this to anyone who was thinking about getting a small footprint DLP 3D HD projector. And since it's LED it should last you quite a long time. My last ones lasted well over 5 years each at moderate couple of hour daily usage and at 30,000 hours rating, the industry standard video quality format (currently 1080p HD) will be updated before the projector wears itself out!!!

Great for what I needed!
I donāt know a lot about projectors and I only decided to buy one recently because there isnāt enough room in my bedroom to have a TV setup. I had the idea to get a projector setup to save room. When I started searching online it was a minefield of chinese products with poorly worded adds, which fill you with little confidence. Itās also really difficult to believe most of the reviews as the photos people seem to use are all stock images.Anyway, I did some research and knew I wanted something I could connect to a Bluetooth speaker, something that could output HD and something I could use a sky q mini box with. Sky Q was the main purpose as it has Netflix and all the other bits on, no need to even connect the projector to Wi-Fi as the sky box connects. Thereās lots of different arguments about full, native 720, 1080hd and to be honest Iām pretty sure the sky miniboxs only output 720p anyway. So I decided on something that said HD ready. I had a small budget as part of redecorating so knew I wouldnāt be looking at a big named brand, but was spending enough to be bothered that it worked.I got this out of the box, plugged it in, plugged the hdmi cable into the sky mini box and it worked instantly. I havenāt even painted the wall white yet (projected onto bare plaster) and was impressed by the quality of picture. The speakers in the projector are ok, but if you want to watch films and stuff Id get a Bluetooth speaker. The main reason for the 4 stars is two fold, the tripod it comes with doesnāt have the ability to lock in the legs, the projector is too heavy for it, and the legs fall from underneath it, making it pretty much pointless. The second is that it does automatically correct keystone vertically (I believe this is right, based on the height/angle of the projector) but it doesnāt horizontally (how far left/right I have the projector). The photo in the advertisement suggests if works from any angle and I tried one very similar to the angle in that photo. I have to manually adjust the ātrapeze effectā to get the picture square. When watching something it looks ok, but if you have a menu up like in Netflix or sky, one half of the picture is blurred and the other is perfect. There is also a real big uneven square of light projected onto the wall. This isnāt as noticeable when thereās something bright and white on screen but when itās dark on the screen itās really noticeable. I wanted the option to use this on a bedside table, but the slight un focused bit and the box of light round the edge is leading me to put a shelf above the bed so that I can have the projector square on with the wall.Overall really good for what I need and the price ive paid!

Great little projector - excellent value for money
I bought this projector having had to return another one of a different, more famous brand, and am very pleased with it. The picture quality is great, it's extremely easy to use (particularly compared to my previous one), and it has a lot of functions given its size and price. The tripod is a handy addition, and I like the fact it's so portable it can be taken away with you. The fan noise isn't noticeable, and the in-built speaker is decent too (although I tend to link it up to a speaker via bluetooth). All in all, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good projector who doesn't want to pay £££s!
