I added this to my protein smoothie, and it kept me going for nearly 8 hours before I got hungry! Didn't notice any difference in flavor or texture from my usual smoothie, and no digestive problems. In future, I will probably but a canister as it is a better buy, but this was a great size to try it, and handy for traveling.

I bought this to travel thinking a powder version would be better than the oil alternative, which I'm used to taking daily. Unfortunately, this leaves a "sandy" taste to my coffee, as if it didn't dissolve completely. I did use hot coffee and a mixer, so it should have dissolved and mixed pretty well.I do appreciate that the sizing is ideal, 10ml instead of the usual 15ml., which I find to be too much.

This MCT oil is really good, just make sure to stir it well so it is completely dissolved. The travel packets that they come in are perfect for when you need it on the go. I would definitely recommend this one over any of the other MCT oil powders that I have tried! Great product!

This stuff is great! It comes in small packs you can take with you anywhere and mixes well with any drink. It’s tasteless so it’s perfect for those with sensitive taste buds and makes for a great substitution for an ordinary snack. Overall great product I would recommend to anyone who’s into MCT oil!

I really like MCT oil (and oil powder) in my hot AM coffee - for the health benefits and the texture. Today I put one packet of this VeraWella MCT oil powder in my black coffee. After stirring it in well, I took a sip and found it it had a grainy texture. I figured it would dissolve after awhile. But it didn't. Fifteen minutes (or so) later when I finished my coffee, even the last sip was grainy. I won't be putting this in my coffee again! However, it will work just fine in smoothies. I'll be using it in protein shakes.Because of the grainy texture, I only gave this a three-star rating, which I'd say is "average". Other MCT oil powders I've used in my coffee dissolve perfectly well, but this one doesn't.
