The right tool for the job
Used a lansky blade medic to put an edge on it when received as they don't come very sharp. I think that they come dull so as not to be extremely dangerous, just kind of dangerous. It makes short work of palmettos and branches or just about anything organic and 1/2" thick in 1 swing.(hint, chop @ an angle) Bought this for actual bush whacking/ Florida yard clearing, not as a zombie hacking weapon so for what I bought it for it does well. Treat your tools well and they will treat you well, beating it against a tree or things that aren't meant to be chopped and you will break it. Using it without sharpening it will leave you disappointed, and with a broken blade, because without sharpening most machetes before use is like using a hammer to chop wood.

Very very sharp
Warning ⚠️ very sharp, care handling this knife. Top quality material, bought as a gift for my father and already it's done it's job, yes I got cut outting it back in it's sheath. Wonderful, I have to buy 1 for me.

haven't broken it yet
I have this knife and have been using it cutting tree branches, maple, pine and mulberry. Edge holding is ok and after i removed some of the black coat on the blade i saw a yellowish tint to the steel, not sure what that means. I have many knives and cutting tools, mostly high-carbon and stainless alloys of which none have a yellow hue to them.I will update this review.UPDATE: this Khukri has performed well. Chopping bush around my house, haven't had any problem. Seems to be better than I originally thought, it is well balanced and the handle is excellent, the rubber is hard but grippy and has not shown any sign of looseness, warpage or cracks. This blade has definitely grown on me. The sheath is not bad either although it wont retain the knife very well in the upside down position but that hasn't been much of a problem, this is an all around solid product and good value.

Superb!
My husband loves his Kukri! It’s sturdy and so far the durability has been pretty good. He’s only had to sharpen the blade once so far. Great tool to use or just to display!

Walking Dead type chopper. Cuts through paper and other things very nicely.

Looks cool but Smith and Wesson should have stuck to guns. It's trash, buy a better one.,
