A: No. CO Q-10 is coenzyme q-10, and it is found within the mitochondria of cells and is directly involved in energy production within the mitochondria. I have heard so many terms lately that I'm getting some confused with each other; I believe Ubiquinol is an anti-oxidant, but not sure.

**Q: what are the ingredients? Does it contain soy?**
A: The label reads:  Other ingredients:  Rice bran oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin.  Contains <2% of : paptrika color, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide color.

**Q: Why is it cheaper here on Amazon then on it's website by almost triple the difference? Is this a knock off??**
A: No, is the genuine article. I've been buying from Amazon for about a year and bought from the website before for about a decade. I don't feel any difference between the two.
