Does the system include everything shown (two fiddle blocks, one with cleat and line)? Can the cam cleat mount be flipped to cleat from the other way?

I don't think so with regard to flipping the cam cleat. Yes, everything you see is what I received when I purchased the unit.

description says "plain line" blocks; are there plain bearing blocks or ball bearing blocks?

No Ball bearing block for more capacity at the working load.
