To start off, the fangshi does have a unique rough but fast feel to it. If this isn't the feeling you prefer, give it a bit more use then lube and tension it. It can significantly reduce the rough feeling. Keep in mind, it has a different design compared to a zanchi so it takes a little more work if you want it smooth.

Does the Cube come with the illusion look to it as it does in the picture and in CrazyBadCuber's youtube video about it?

Yes. It comes just the way it looks in the picture. The outsides are white and the insides are black.

is this a good bignners speed cube

I would say no. In my opinion, this cube is too unstable. I'm a beginner (just solved in under a minute for the first time last week). I like the Dayan Zanchi or New Island Phoenix cubes better. They require less break in and they are easier to control.

Does it come with the white interior?

No. It actually came with the primary plastic interior. This could be confused with white, but is really a slightly translucent, off-white color. Although some of the reviews stated it didn't come with this, I received the product with primary plastic.
