Pros:- Sticks well on skin and holds the bottom lashes down when doing eyelash extension.- They do not slide around on the skin when working- The length and shape works for me as I can easily maneuver it to fit around my clients eyes- They are very thin but still form a good shield on the skin when lashing- Pricing is affordable for 100 pcsCons:- Very paper thin for "gel" pads- When using tools for eyelash extensions, they keep snagging and catching on the textured surface of the gel pads. This makes it difficult to work with, so you need to cover over it with either tape or lash stickers so you have a smoother surface

I'm a little disappointed this order. I have been ordering these for several years and have been happy with them. This batch were delivered 8/23 and they expire on 9/1/19. Kinda bummed out this time around and I may consider purchasing a less expensive product next time. They were also not as sticky as they used to be. Maybe because they were expiring soon?

I love these eyepads so much! They don't move once I have them in place and don't get gel in my clients eyes. I didn't get to order them last time because they were sold out and didn't give me an option to purchase again. I wish I could have waited to see because the ones I purchased instead were horrible!

This pads are very sticky and have a smooth surface, Not too much gel and has a nice curved to fit the eye shape better. Absolutely love these!!! My clients love them!
