I tried this on a whim. I was looking for a gift for a friend whom dips the real stuff. I ended up ordering his gift somewhere else but I bought myself one of these as a whim like I said. I ordered (June 3rd, 2016) and it came early, which was a nice surprise (was suppose to arrive June 9th - 14th.) As soon as I got the package I opened it up and the smell of fresh coffee grounds hit my nose. Its thick and good. Its also is really black looking seeing as its black coffee. Side note this will not make your breath smell like death, and the left over taste in your mouth is the same you would after drinking a cup of coffee vs the bitter and sour taste of legit dip. I must say though. I like it. A lot. And I will be buying more of this. The caffeine buzz is really nice and hits fast.

Tastes amazing when you throw it in. Immediately starts disintegrating in your mouth. Starts floating around everywhere and makes you want to immediately spit it out.

it's ok, it falls apart pretty quickly. Tastes good but very messy. you can swallow it and it's basically brewed coffee which is pretty good. But the floaters need to be spit out with some. the shipping was a day earlier than expected so that's a plus.

As a dip alternative, it's definitely not bad but it won't curb much outside of the oral fixation that you typically have from dipping often.On its own merit, the coffee dip is pretty tasty; not too sweet and just bitter enough for my taste in coffee. It's a little hard to break off a pinch even when it's warmed up by body heat as the instructions suggest in the box, and it is a little rough on the gums considering they are ground coffee beans, but for as long as it stays bound together by the syrup it stays in your lip just fine. It does break apart after a little while though.I've yet to need a spitoon or an empty bottle of any kind since I can just easily swallow my saliva and eat the coffee dip after, so there's certainly no mess involved.+ : tastes great, mess-free, good balance of sweet and bitter coffee flavor- : breaks apart easily, hard to take a pinch, rough texture on gums until it warms up in your mouth

It’sa great coffee alternative. That being said, for the price is a little spendy, and if the can hasn’t been in your warm pocket all day, you will literally need to use a knife and cut your dip out. Little sweet, not bitter. Hits on the best parts of a cup of coffee

I'm rating this as an alternative to tobacco based products for someone looking for an alternative. My review is based on being a (former) long cut wintergreen user.Initially this product seems like the real deal. It clumps nice, and initially has a great taste and mouthfeel (a star for each). However, the substance used to keep--what amounts to--coffee grounds together quickly dissipates. The result is a bunch of loose coffee grounds in the mouth, which feels as if I just drank some bad coffee. The taste and any jolt from the caffeine is displaced by an unpleasant feeling in the mouth, warranting a swish of water to remove. I'd say I couldn't stand it longer than a few minutes.Thus, I don't think this is a good alternative to anyone trying to quit.

I thought this was going to be an awesome way for me to aid in quitting of chewing. This stuff is GARBAGE. nothing but flavored old coffee grounds. when i first opened it i was immediately turned away. Looks like dried mud in a can. doesn't taste much better. Put a pinch in and thought okay this might work then two minutes later it fell apart in my mouth. coffee grounds all over my mouth. complete garbage. I bought smokey mountain snuff pouches and they are WAY better then this stuff. DO NOT WASTE MONEY

Stuff is great. I've been trying to stop dipping for a couple months now and I tried other alternate products and none of them really could curbside my cravings at all, except this chew/dip. Stuff tastes exactly like how I like my coffee not too black but not too weak and definitely can feel the little kick of energy with each pinch. This stuff is honestly the best stuff for quitting and would highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to quit or just needs a quick boost of energy.
