Only had one issue one didn't work but they replaced the lights and I haven't had a problem since

You need to adjust it in the evening to see a difference. I used my garage door to shine it on. I was about 30 feet away and was able to adjust it. Also I used new and bright light to adjust it. I hope that helps.
