yes, they are little more than tacks, which is what I ordered..I like them..I don't ask them to hold up a bridge..they are uniformly made, glow softly and are not gaudy with seams and flash, and with a pilot hole and glue they make a great and subtle edging

I fail to see the value in what appears to be little more than tacks and they failed to give me 2 of the same type pictured (I ordered two). Not worth my time/effort to return.
