I've been taking Pura Vida Moringa for about 3 years. I read of its anti inflammatory properties and thought I'd try it because I was experiencing an awful pain in my mid back. I noticed the pain diminished after starting this. I wasn't sure if it was just coincidence, so after several months I thought I'd stop and see what happened. The exact same pain in my back returned. I started taking it again and it went away. Sticking with it now.

Been using this supplement for a couple years now, and I have noticed an increase in my energy. The capsules are a little bit larger than your normal supplement, but they are easy to swallow and have no taste whatsoever.

Seems to help with fatigue, no insane energy burst but I have noticed the fatigue kept at bay I’ve taken 2 per day sometimes both at same time others one in am and another midday can’t say I notice any difference taking it that way but all in all good product. If you are taking other blood pressure medications, you need to make a choice! Either your medication or Moringa!! This suuplement dropped my bp in about a week! I was able to drop my Lisinopril completely! I’m not a fan of prescribed meds and I’d rager go natural! This supplement is powerfull and I’ve experienced no side effects. Prescribed drugs usually come with side effects! This supplement is awesome!!
