I have to say I was skeptical & very curious when I purchased it. I couldn't wait to try it! I'm African American with 3c/4a natural hair & this conditioner beats every brand I've tried ( a LOT) hands down! It has ridiculous slip,very moisturizing & detangles like nothing else! The comb just glided right through..even after rinsing & it was noticeably softer! I can imagine it will last a good while if you cut off a piece at a time to use instead of whole. It smells great too. A nice fresh scent. Not overpowering. If you're a natural like me go for it! So worth the money

I am in love!!! I have medium length (past the shoulders) hair that is coarse and thick. It is also on the mend from years of chemical damage. Recently, I started using henna to color my hair instead of chemical dye and I will never go back. So, on my quest to continue to find chemical free products for my hair I tried a shampoo bar from the place I bought my henna. I loved it but started to wonder if there was such a thing as a conditioner bar....lo and behold, I found this product. I was astounded at how easily I was able to use the bar and comb through my hair afterwards. I was seriously not expecting the product to live up to my hopes and expectations. The real test was when I dried my hair and styled it. It was a breeze!!! And, it was shiny and healthy feeling. I thought it was going to feel "coated" or waxy, but it wasn't in the least. I am hooked! I have a trip to take next year and I will be absolute certain to have this in my carry on bag. I will be back for more. In fact, I just ordered the Tree Naturals Rice Flower and Shea leave-in conditioner because so many people have commented on the wonderful smell and how much they love it.

I'm new to using bars and have been trying to find what works best for me. My first and only conditioner bar was jungle from lush and honestly I stopped using it because it didn't seem to work for me. I have wavy, coarse, thick, long Auburn hair. Even many liquid conditioners fail to meet the task of this mane but I'm trying to make the switch. Frustrated about single use plastic but not loving my lush bar I went back on the hunt and dove deep into the interwebs to find reviews on conditioner bars. I stumbled upon this brands website and you'd be surprised they don't have shampoo bars... But the reviews raved about this conditioner. Since they were also on Amazon I gave it a shot. A single use and I am a believer that this is a far superior conditioning bar. I didn't have to spend 20 minutes rubbing it through my hair. Just touching the bar it's silky whereas my last product felt waxy. It took only a little extra effort than liquid conditioner and I was done. As I'm writing this I only just realized I've noticed my hair is silkier the last few days and have been loving it but hadn't put two and two together as to why. This is totally getting credit! Excited to keep using it

I don't think it lasted that much longer than a bottle of conditioner, yet i do not have to feel guilty for going through the bottle as fast because there is no plastic! The only time i brush my hair is finger combing with conditioner in and it worked well with this conditioner.

The conditioner bar does work well but personally the smell makes it a deal breaker. To bad, the cost is so much better than a bottle of shampoo and it's travel friendly.

I bought this because of the positive reviews. I didn't know this conditioner bar is for curly hair. On my very fine, very straight, very long hair it works fine. I haven't cut my hair in 10yrs so you can imagine it need conditioning badly. This is the first conditioner bar that actually really conditions my hair. I used the bar today before and after shampooing, and my hair is soft and smells divine. It works great for shaving too! And it doesn't use up quickly like liquid conditioners. I'm in love :) Wish it came without the plastic wrap though - I bought the bar in the first place because I don't want to buy any products in plastic anymore.

This is an awesome conditioner bar that really works and is easy to use. I have blond, fine, damaged hair from bleaching, and needed a conditioner bar that would actually condition my hair, and be easy to pack. This is both. It doesn't leave my hair greasy or weighed down at all, yet it conditions every single strand of hair and leaves it soft. I love the ingredients list of this bar, and Tree is helpful and kind. I am now a life customer. I could finally throw away all of the bottles of plastic conditioners I have. I am a big hiking and camping girl, and have been looking for a good conditioner bar forever to fit my lifestyle. I have found it! Thank you Tree!

What does anybody want in a bar hair-detangler product? I'd say that easy to use is best. After that, I'm looking for rich, juicy moisture streaming everywhere the product touches - CHECK! Finally, I'd like my HDP-B (hair detangling product - bar style) to smell good. Boy, nothing revs me up in the morning more than a hearty blend of fresh green tea, grown and picked by the shaky hands of terrified children, than the warm, cozy scent of tropical coconut.
