Very nice. It does rotate a lot after you attach everything but it still is water tight and very nice. I had to tighten it with an large hex wrench from the inside and it works better but still not tight enough.

Did not last long. Its plastic and cracked when tightening it during an effort to get it to stop leaking. Very disappointed in the quality.

The description says it is metal construction. It is not. It also restricts the output flow causing a noticeable reduction in pressure.On the plus side, the rotating control valve works very nicely and allows either the shower head or the handheld to be used independently or together.

sent this one back for different one. This one is all plastic and broke the first time I tried to switch the lever to change the direction of flow. It is all plastic

We bought this diverter cause it looked well made.We were not wrong the SharkSpa 3way is well made and works great.Its strict and solid

Unfortunately the cut-out portion which is supposed to hold the "wand shower head", barely fits the hose, never mind the conical fitting most of these have. I had a couple of different shower wands, not the same brand, and it would fit neither. It's way too small to fit any wand that I know of.It's too bad too, because otherwise, it's a nice little product.

Looks good, functions as it's supposed to.The shower head holder should be larger. It barely holds a standard size shower head. Also it can't be tightened enough when attached to the plumbing pipe to prevent it from turning when you hang the shower head unless you hang it very gently each time.
