My baby is chocking and spitting up everytime i give it with the dispenser. i was wondering if i can give it with breast milk in a bottle?

Absolutely! mixing any new edible with breast milk is a wonderful way to help the transition. also many babies do not like the sudden cold feeling in their mouth. i assume you keep this product in the fridge as specified. you might also try warming the contents as you would if it were milk before giving to baby. (I'm an OB/GYN Nurse practitioner)

How quickly it start to help?

immediately i think mainly it distracted her from whatever it was that was making her cry. We gave it slowly to elongate the distraction. Hopefully it helped her tummy feel Better too but i really think that the immediate benefit was just a change of gears.

I gave this to my 3 week old breastfed baby now her stool is greenish and odd looking. Is this normal?

My sons stool turned green after using this too!!! I’m stopping using it now because it just makes worried it’s hurting him
