This item is well packed and all the parts are packaged in individual bags which is nice. I have had sinusitis on and off for years, I usually use Sterimar Isotonic Nasal Hygiene Sprays which are ok but are very expensive if you want to flush your sinuses out at £7-8 per bottle! This is a very inexpensive way of properly flushing your passageways out. This comes with 60 saline packets, so this is a bargain. I did a video which wasn’t meant to be a review but to show my first time ever using this. It wasn’t unpleasant at all. It feels more unusual than uncomfortable. I could talk while I was doing it. This design is very easy to use. I definitely recommend this. I can not honestly find a fault with it. Take care and stay safe 👍🏻

I have had a chronic sinus infection last year and what I think may be another beginning. I have tried sterimar nasal spray as a deep clean but nothing flows through my other nostril. This product has left my nasal passages feeling the clearest they have in ages after the first use. I was shocked to find that I could hardly feel the rinse in my nose at all. It has left a little bit of a tickle afterwards but I anticipated a shock/discomfort and it was fine. The thermometer is a fab idea but absolutely fails at its job. It took me a while to figure out that you need to stick it to the bottle but the indicator doesn't change at all. I ended up using a digital thermometer. In the time it's taken me to write this,my sinuses have begun to burn faintly, nothing miserable, just a faint pain. I will be happy to use this product again.

This works really well for me. It's very easy to use and the results are as good as I could expect.

Having had a bad sinus infection and chest infection I was desperate. I had always seen these and thought it was a gimmick. I was wrong The box comes with everything you need including lots of packets of measured salt so you don’t even need to work out the dose. 1.Boil the kettle and let the water cool ( do not use water from the tap) 2. Add the salt to the bottle and pour in the water and ensure everything is mixed well. 3. Check the temperature is within the acceptable temperature - ie 37c, using the stick on thermometer it comes with which I attach to the bottle. 4. When ready go to the sink and tilt your head to the side and forward slightly. I find if you don’t then the salt water drains down the back of your throat and into your mouth which isn’t pleasant. Water will come out your opposite nostril ( sometimes eye duct etc) and swap half way through to the other nostril 5. Blow nose Comes apart for easy cleaning Honestly you will not regret buying this. Good product but does not come with the water thermometer as stated is listing and images. Very disappointed and this was the reason I chose this brand over others. Cannot return now as it has been used before realising the thermometer was missing!

I bought this after contracting covid recently. The varients I caught gave me a very full snotty nose. No amount of blowing it was helping. I was having to breath through my mouth constantly and it was giving me a lot oif phlegm as it made its way down my throat. I've used a netty pot in the past but didn't like it at all. This bottles valve system was much better and easier to use. It really helped me and gave me moments during covid where I felt I could breath. I also suffer from hay-fever and have used it in the last couple if days which really helped that too. I will buy more sachets for winter colds as although I know its only salt having the right amount easily available when you feel rough is a massive benefit. Oh and the thermometer is a godsend too. It's amazing how getting the temperature wrong makes such a difference when using it, it stings! So definitely use the thermometer to prevent this.
